Losing Weight For Surgery

My BMI is 30 and the Dr said I was fine for surgery; however, I am going to lose 10 lbs so I can have the best results!! In the state of Florida they are only allowed to remove up to 4 liters of fat, which is roughly up to 8lbs. I know with my body, I am able to lose weight fast, unfortunately I'm able to gain weight just as fast, thus me needing this surgery. In order to lose the weight I have completely eliminated the following things from my diet: pop (which I consumed rarely), juice, fried foods, dairy, pasta, pork, red meat, candy and desert (I have a major sweet tooth). I have started drinking a gallon of water a day (a mix of spring water and mineral water) and eating large leafy green salads for every meal with lean protein (usually salmon, or extra lean chicken or Turkey). Snacking with almonds all day and eating pineapple, which has a lot of sugar but my daily calorie intake has been cut in half so I'm okay. I have increased my exercise to walking at mile a day through my very hilly neighborhood. I should definitely lose 10lbs if not more in the next 39 days. If anyone has any other suggestions, please let me know!!!!!

I was previously going to have my bbl done at Eres Comestics (now Imagenes Plastic Surgery) :/ But do to all of the changes, and the unfortunate news I continued doing research and I'm so thankful that I found Dr. Llorente and New Life Plastic Surgery!!!!!!! I have been in communication with Elena via text and e-Mail; she's very responsive, truly wants the best for everyone, and most importantly knows who are and remembers what you guys last talked about! I love the fact that the safety and the health of their patients is their number one priority. During my consultation I told them I am the carrier of the Beta Thalassemia Minor TRAIT. I was originally turned down, I then re-explained that I'm healthy and I only carry the Trait, I don't have the disease. They told me I have to provide all of my labs for review and my hemoglobin has to be at 12+. Safety is really their number one priority because they won't even take my money until they have all of the information. This is so amazing because I know of other practices that will. I will make my appointment to my PCP and Hematologist on Monday!! I will keep this RS profile updated and once I obtain the clearance I will add my journey to YouTube!
