25 Years Old with Serious Violin Hips and No Shape!

Alright I know I'm posting this last minute BUT I am getting my BBL today with Dr. Sergio Alvarez at Spectrum Aesthetics in Miami FL. I am 5'5 and 130 pounds. My boyfriend and I booked my surgery at a special price of 3999 which includes all labs, anesthesia, surgery, everything. Dealing with Spectrum aesthetics was slightly difficult at times because you can never get ahold of anyone when you call, though they do end up calling back eventually. They recommended I gain 10-15 pounds.

I am having this surgery later today at 4:30 I will post before and afters daily and write more about my experience each day as I recovery. I'm pretty freaked out because I've only ever had my wisdom teeth taken out (no other major surgery) and I'm kind of terrified!! Probably doesn't help I'm a hypochondriac lol.

The massage was maybe 5 minutes long but it helped. Today my pain is around a 5 and I feel way better than last night!! I was dizzy all morning but after they gave me a shower and washed my garment I felt a million times better. The ladies at my recovery house are lifesavers!!! I am able to walk unassisted finally. I was expecting way worse pain today and I'm so stressed relieved I'm starting to feel "normal" again!

I had my surgery yesterday around 4pm. First thing, Dr. Alvarez is such a great doctor, and while I obviously can't tell any results yet, I am so so so happy I went with him. I was a nervous WRECK before my surgery and he made me feel so comfortable. I had never met him until yesterday so I was kind of worried but he answered all my questions and listened to what I wanted and was both realistic and confident that what I wanted was definitely something he could do for me. I can't imagine having this surgery with any other doctor. The nurse anesthetist was also incredible and made me feel 100% better about going under!!

Okay so I woke up and I was in pain but honestly not as bad as I was anticipating. I was taken to my recovery house and the woman was so helpful (I'll update with her name later I was still out of it when she told me LOL). My boyfriend lost my ID to pick up my pain meds so I went a few hours without them and while I was in pain I was able to deal with it. Once he got them they did help a good deal.



I was pretty prepared mentally for the blood and drainage which is good because there is a lot!! I haven't looked at myself in the mirror yet so once it's safe to do so I'll update with pictures!
