Massages
WORTH IT$8,699
I am approaching my last few massages. I decided to do the massages with Dr. S office because the ladies know what they are doing. I purchased 10 massages in total, I have 2 this week and Im done, but depending on how my body feels I may purchase more. Celia does my massages, and she does a pretty awesome job, when i leave that room my body feels so relaxed, the tightness/tension in my back, gone! its very relaxing. I would have to say the first few massages were not as bad as the last one that i had, lol it was so painful for me ( especially may sides), I went back to work so i believe that its taking a toll on my body. Besides that, I'm healing up pretty nicely. I would definitely recommend having the massages there. I will be posting pics soon of my month update.

Follow up appt's
Are there anyone else having bad luck with theses follow up apt's. I was scheduled an appt for today "wednesday" and every seat was full, I actually stayed standing up, WAITING for 1 hour even though I had an appointment. That didn't matter bc Wednesdays are consultation days with Dr. S. When I went to go check to see where I was on the list of people waiting--I was told I had like 6 people ahead of me! How much longer would I had to wait, I had a ride waiting on me so I could not stay. I had to reschedule, I wasn't the only one that left disappointed so did another young lady on her lunch break. I mean, what are appointments for...I ended up having to resechule for something two weeks out (wed) just so I could have an early morning apt, just in time for me to go to work. I mean it's just a follow up apt but still after CARE is most important.

2 weeks update
So today I have a follow up appointment with Dr. S, its been two weeks since surgery. I'm definitely feeling better since surgery. The pain is manageable, and I am able to do things on my own. For the past couple of days, I have been walking 4-5 miles a day. I know that they say that you should feel better by day 10-12 such as going back to work. But I'm taking a few more days because I still feel stiff with the garment on, and in my back. Especially my back, the stiffness is :( I also find that sleeping with that ab board is a killer. I swear its causing me to have back pains for now, I need to get used to wearing this thing. I took my measurement only tummy and bottom this morning: My upper torso is 29' and mid torso is 31' and my bottom is 43, 1/2'. I'm still pretty swollen, and stomach feels weird when I touch it. ( Anyone knows when this "Weird" feeling is going to go away?) Other than that I look f****** amazing. So loving my figure, when I stare in the mirror! O yeah, I am back to my pre sx weight at 150.

I'm also 2 weeks post op with Salama. I tried to wear the board but it caused my sides to swell. I put it on under the foams, is that what you did?
Yes, under the foams as well, and I notice the hardening ( swollen) on the side, too. What's that thing made out of, steel, lol?
