Today is basically a month from my extended tummy...
Today is basically a month from my extended tummy tuck. My surgery was with Dr. Sergio Alvarez at Imagenes. I am very satisfy with my results and since this was the first time I had anything done; it only comes naturally that I still have questions about my healing process and how I look. I am very grateful for my coordinator Mercedez. She put up with all my questions and calls, I think I called her every day for a month, however she was patient and understandable, knowledgeable and courteous. Her approach and friendliness was actually what convince me and my friend to do our procedure at Imagenes. She made us feel comfortable. Dr. Alvarez was very professional and courteous. I am still in the process because it has only been a month and my belly is very soft and feels weird but I am satisfy thus far. I had a 2 c-sections, a huge belly and a lot of cellulite in my stomach. He did an awesome work specially with my belly button (looks great!) I hope my body continues to look better and better. My drains did not came out until 20 days after surgery. OMG that was sooo challenging and annoying! My belly has significantly change and I feel more changes are yet to come. During my first follow up (when my drains were removed) I was seen by Nancy the RN. What a nice lady! Knowledgeable, kind and professional. I was very pleased and surprise with all the detail answers she provided to my questions. I have to say that I was a little skeptic about moving forward with Images but I couldn’t be more satisfied with the staff, the treatment and kindness of the people in this office. Even the ladies post surgery at the recovery room. A situation occur with another patient and I was able to witness how professional, kind and how much they go thru to help us during our process to be even more beautiful….. Because God already created us beautiful!! Thanks Dr. Alvarez and Imagenes Staff!!! I stay at Marcia's Recovery Home. She was absolutely a blessing, she got our medicines, gave us transportation back and fwd, her place has an amazing relaxing view. Delicious healthy food. Marcia is a special lady with a special soul. I would also recommend her 305-934-9990.
