My friend recommended Aqua Plastic surgery for my enbloc explant and mastopexy (lift) and I saw her results and her breasts looked fantastic. She had used Dr. Rankin, so I wanted to set-up my appointment with him, but he wasn't available for consult on the day I needed my appointment, so Beatrice (who is AMAZING) suggested I see Dr. Dev and that I would really like him. Boy, was that and understatement! I can honestly say, I have never felt so comfortable with a physician in my life. His personality, meticulousness, obvious but not pretentious intellect, and bedside manner are unparalleled. There really aren't many before and after pics of his work, so that is why I as a very private person, am compelled to post mine. His work was exceptional!! Having worked in an operating room, I understand that the technique a surgeon uses completely affects the trauma a patient experiences and I was stunned at how minimal my pain and bruising was and how quickly I am recovering. Dr. Dev does a special technique that provides as much upper pole (top of breast) fullness possible. Not to mention, he pulled forward some of my back fat with the lift, so I feel skinnier in every way! My results, only 2 weeks post-op, are beautiful and beyond what I had ever anticipated. And even though I honestly feel amazing, I still have a lot of healing to do and my breasts are going to change and look even better as time goes on. I am so grateful and feel so lucky to have found Dr. Dev and his staff and recommend him without reservation!

I’ll comment for her from my experience & that of many other women sick with breast implant illness; do not put toxic bags into your chest. If it isn’t right away, eventually you’ll have unexplained symptoms of illness that you will not think have anything to do with your implants but eventually often after many lost years of worsening health, you figure out it’s your implants. Look up breast implant illness you’ll thank me.
I’m on the other side of the fence though: I’m looking into getting implants
Planning to go from an A cup to a full B cup .
In hindsight: would you go through the breast augmentation???
