Hey guys it's been a while since I've posted. Things are way better than they used to be. But, can you believe im STILL numb on my lipo areas?! I no longer where my garment. It feels weird to run, like my butt is gonna fall off. Lol. As for elite plastic surgery... Dr. Salama does great work, his staff (Nancy) was very good with communication however, I have heard absolutely NOTHING from the office post op. No one inquired how im doing or asked for post op pix. I even had to contact them to find out when I could get my sutures and drains removed... no response. I also contacted them for release of my medical records that i needed for a deadline for military... no response. Wtf?!

Overall I'm starting to feel normal again when I sit. I completely stopped wearing my garment (I know, a HUGE no, no) because it's very inconvenient to go to the bathroom at work (and I'm taking a water pill for bp). It's so uncomfortable so I do occasionally (twice a week maybe) wear it to sleep and it does wonders for the swelling. When I take my garment off in the a.m. my stomach swells to pregnancy size! Im still numb on my trunk but I do notice a little feeling coming back. I've been trying to do nerve desensitization treatments (looked at YouTube vids for instruction).

Shrinkage
I'm 2 weeks post op yall! Finally got that stupid drain removed. I can now sleep much better since I can get a little comfortable without being attached to that leash. I switched my faja to the Diane brand. MUCH BETTER! It only has 5 snaps and a zipper. Also, was instructed to get rid of the front foam and use the ab board.
I'm sure it's not my imagination but my backside has some serious shrinkage. My hips are still nice and my butt is too but it seems like it has decreased in size by at least 30% so far. My butt is still a little hard but it's softening up. Although I'm not taking any arnica, I hardly have any bruising, only scars from incisions.

Wait we have to keep our drains in for 2 weeks? Im use to it only being a week or less...
At your 3 month mark your butt is going to fluff. your body is reabsorbing the solution he mixed with the fat before he injected it. Your butt will look like it is shrinking but then boom it pops and gets bigger out of nowhere. Mainly because most of the swelling has subsided and your fat cells are getting blood vessels which expands them a little bit.
The duration is gonna be different for each patient. I was instructed not to remove it until I was draining less than 25cc on 2 consecutive days. Most days I was draining 40 to 50 ccs over 24hrs. And I sure can't wait for this fluff bc I paid good money. Lmbo. I keep thinking, well at least my waist is snatched...

Overall, I still feel like they're was a major improvement from before and after. My butt was already big at the bottom and since I have stuck legs, I told him not to go too big to prevent ant booty. Lol I feel like my volume had lessened but I'm waiting for the fluff. And my stomach swells horribly within minutes of taking my garment off. Like to 2nd trimester pregnancy size
30% wow, how is it now? So one told me to them my doctor to fill it up as much as they can for this reason that way you'll have something left...so 30% shrinkage will still be super fat....lol
