i used to have pics posted with before and after...i will try to make some time soon to take new 3 month post op pictures....I am very happy with Dr. T's eye for symmetry...he pays attention to the detail a lot of PS neglect...for eg...where the scars should be located....where the fat should be taken...etc...i had zero lumping...if i lived in FL...i wouldnt go anywhere else...he is very artistic...very realistic with you about your expectations and will not take chances with pushing any envelopes...he will just tell you as it is...he doesnt need to sensationalize his work...he is too busy and doesnt need to...he is kind of serious...and doesnt play around...not to scare you...but i respect him....just be very upfront with him about your expectations and walk with a picture of what you want...and he will have a visual of what he can logically and realistically do...and the rest will truly be up to your body's response to the entire process....all i can say is his methods (Aquavage) is very good, but lipo is something you cannot fit a one-size fits all approach...every woman has unique needs and a unique response to anything....he does fantastic contouring work...i have to say...this is where i am most happy...without it...i was very rectangular shaped...no waistline/hip difference...

Has all the fat he injected stayed?
girl...had i not lost all that weight so darn fast...i felt i could have had a better chance at keeping more than 80%....but the process he used and given the very limited fat i had to give...i would have to say whatever was left is 80% more than i had before...lol....i lost 10 lbs since he did the surgery...i dropped 5 immediately...this worked against me...but i knew it was going to happen....my body just doesnt like to hold on to fat there...at all...lol...but overall i have a lot more plumpiness...

thanks...if you have more fat donor...picture your results even better...if you have a lot of fat to give....you would be soooo happy and will definitely have a plump big booty....cuz look at my little butt now...and that was only about 300 cc's or so(final result)...can you imagine even if i had double that?...700 cc's or even more?...girl...that booty would have been out of order!!!!!...lol...kind of glad i didnt though cuz if you are not careful...you could end up having what a lot of people refer to as a "ghetto booty" esp if you have a lot of dimpling etc...could be scary...so mine came out perfect for my little and boyish body...lol
I am 55 138 lbs but the thing is I have smart lipo before and I dont know if he is gonna use the fat from those areas but he plans on using from my legs hopefully I have enough...im trying to gain some weight but i dont want to gain to much b/c then ill want to lose it!! I thik you booty looks great just perfect on you!!!!!
oh ok...well be sure he knows the areas that were smart lipo'd...cuz basically those areas would be "dead" zones....ie not good for fat donor...but hey, whereever you have it to spare...and about the weight gain..yeah..i did that too..but it proves to be a losing battle...cuz once you gain it...especially so quickly just for this...chances are you may just lose it along with some of the volume like i did....just be realistic...cuz from your stats, you are not big either...

I know right! you're a new woman now!!! just enjoy your body also, look at that flat belly!! i would kill for that! yes, i got rid of the 36 G boobs that the Lord blessed me with and added some cushion in the back!! all of my butt went to my breast!! now i can appreciate my body, its more sexxy! rrrhhh! lol

I was scheduled for a BBL with Dr. Tachmes, on the day of surgery he was extremely rude to me... So I cancel the surgery. Now im disappointed with everythin, and needed to scheduled with a different doctor

Hi Sarae...the results i would say was positive...although I think I lost about 30 % or so simply because I knew my body was not going to hold all this "junk"...lol...but i am measuring 32-30-39...so the proportions are really fantastic and everyone notices a difference..but they cant tell its because of a biggy more shapelier booty...everyone is saying i look like i lost weight..but looking real good...so thats a good thing!!!...the worse thing is to get a butt job and folks know it...;0)...my body looks great...i will take pictures as soon as i can get a chance...you will see what i mean..

Mr. PS is Dr. Leonard Tachmes of Miami Beach...he is really good...I mean...you have to be in these very popular superficial cities where its all about appearances...lol...lets put it this way...he's been doing these BBL's for quite some time, so he has the experience.

oh yes its definitely safe for more cc's...all depends on the amount your PS can get from your own body..together with the maximum the PS is allowed to extract as well...there are state mandates that restrict the amounts PS's are allowed to remove each procedure...yeah i know...i found that out...I dont think most people know that...
