Tt and Bbl with Salama 1/10/2019

Sooo straight to the point I have opted for a bbl and tt (brazzillian butt lift and tummy tuck) with Dr. Salama currently scheduled for Jan 10, 2019. I have so much I want to share simply because I dont see alot of women with my specific body type. I am 5’7, I weigh 188 at this time but Im planning to get down to around 20 pounds less prior to surgery. I want to be as close to my ideal weight as possible. I originally started out for only a BBL but it was suggested that I get a tt to improve the overall results. I agree completely, my stomach is covered with stretch marks and very saggy from carrying twin boys I never have been too bothered or concerned with my stomach, I initially was only worried about my overall shape and being well proportioned. But as I thought about it and continued my research, I found that if I were to have lipo on my already saggy bo baggy stomach that it would more than likely become even saggier leaving me shriveled up like a raisin. I don’t want to fix one problem and cause an even bigger one. So I said the hell with it and I am going for both. Im tired of not being happy with my body, Im tired of feeling of insecure, not to mention I am about to be 30 years old. Im just ready to get my life and my waist snatched. I deserve it. Full time single mother and medical receptionist, and part time student. I was teased in school for having a flat butt and of course all of my friends were big booty Judys! Now I have always been top heavy, but I have never really felt confident and all the way in love with my shape. My family is very supportive of my decision and I am not ashamed to tell people, it is what it is! I have considered all of the things that can happen. This incIudes infection, undesirable results, and even chose Dr. Salama because I feel like he has a kind face… lol, but im serious he does! Lol I guess more importantly than that he provides great consistent results. My patient coordinator Cynthia has been knowledgeable and addresses the concerns that I do have. I had second thoughts on combining the procedures do to the limitations Florida state law imposes on liposuctioning when combining procedures. The law basically limits the amount one is able to have lipod out by like half…. I expressed my concerns and I got a reassuring response. I don’t want to sacrifice the booty and I want to it to be full lol. Cynthia reassured me that Dr. Salama would be able to deliver on the full booty. I plan to recover at the recovery house, all meals and transportation are included. My mom will be traveling with me but will only be there the day of and after surgery. All in all I know that I am months and months away but I am going to slowly but surely start purchasing items that I will need for post op. Pillows, ointments ect… I plan to keep my profile updated with each step of the way including my 20 pound pre surgery weight loss. All commentary or comments or questions are welcomed!
