About 7 years ago I had bbl with a NYC doctor. I won't mention his name since he isn't too popular on here anyhow. Anyhow everything he did was lopsided and uneven but being a gym freak I looked ok from the front but he left my Butt looking worse than I started with. So started my search for someone to fix it. 7 years later I started my search. Here are a list of doctors I went to consult for this. Most said I didn't have enough fat ( 110 pounds 5'3") or I just did not feel confident that they can do it. I went to NJ,NY, Beverly Hills (Fiorello, Elliot heller, tehrani ,senderoff( actually backed out of that one...stay away!!!) shulman, Hughes, Luis macias ( liked him)dass and my last stop was Miami. I did like DR Hazani but with him urging me to do more research and begging me not to do it for fear of sagging skin he just left me feeling that he was reluctant to work on me and wasn't confident in a good outcome.I feel he likes a particular patient and that's what he's good at. Young ,minimal pregnancies etc... So I decided to go to Miami at his suggestion. And I was going to see 4 doctors there. Dr mendieta dr salzhauer dr fisher and DR MOISES SALAMA . My first appointment was with dr salama. And from the moment we met I knew he was the right one for me.i never went to my other 3 Miami consults. That's how right and confident I felt with dr salama!!! He was confident that he could do the job without leaving me with saggy skin ( btw I had gained 10 pounds for this before my consults so I'm at 121 at consult time). I told him I did not want s big butt just A butt. scheduled the surgery and I'm done. To my shock he got 900cc in each cheek and yea I'm freaking out that it's too big for my petite frame but he told me not to worry so I'm waiting for it to shrink. It does have a nice shape I just want it to be a lot smaller. It's one week post op and I'm confident that dr salama put the right amount in me for the final result that I want. The office and staff were wonderful to work with. This surgery is very very painful the first week. He took fat from almost everywhere! He also added a bit to my veiny hands !!I really trust and am confident in DR SALAMA!!! Hands down he wins the best butt contest!!!

Has it got smaller in one week? I don't want a huge butt either
I am 19 days post. At this point my butt has really gone down and is at a perfect size. I hope it does not go down any further. Salama told me not to worry when I panicked that it was too big. Now I'm praying I don't lose any more.
Would you please post pictures ? Before and after . As I am reading your journey I am starting to worry about my butt . I got my surgery on 10th March . I had a same wish like you did .you sound like me. I am 50+ ,small 5"3 and weight lifter ,workout 6days a week lot of muscles 120-124pounds and compete at 115pounds . However I only got 280cc each side . my dr wanted 600cc each ,but he couldn't get enough fat . I look perfect right now ,for me .But I am little concern... your butt looks great even right after surgery if that is the a picture on your profile.

My butt is perfect size now with 900cc and I hope this stays. I searched hard till I found Salama. I knew I had very specific problems and needed way more than the 350 everyone told me Was max I could get. I also did not want saggy skin as my skin looks really young. I only felt confident when I met Salama. He was confident and I just trusted him. He does 2-3 surgeries a day
It has gotten smaller but still too big. I just wanted shape not a huge butt. I'm hoping within the next 3 weeks it gets to normal size or I will lipo out excess at 3 months or as soon as I can. But realistically everything is really swollen it's only been a week. He told me not to worry. At this point I know I'm still very swollen. The last time I had this done at 2 weeks it looked perfect and by 6 months it was gone.
Hello, When you say it was gone in six months. Are you saying the fat was completed gone and your btt was back to same shape before the surgery?
He ( ny dr first bbl)only injected 300 per cheek. At 2 weeks with the swelling my butt looked perfect. But by 6 months all swelling and fat absorption most was gone. A bit did stay bec he injected it in the muscle. For my shape I needed the fat injected more in the center. Probably needed both and a lot more fat. He felt I had no fat left to work with and was afraid of saggy skin. I feel that salama has a lot of experience with all ages shapes and problem areas. Some doctors are cookie shapers and do only one thing for everyone and some pple fall into that category. I had specific problem areas. I wanted it rounded on the bottom lifted and frontal projection.if you look at sLama web site you see many different body types and outcomes. He does so much volume and so many different types. In my opinion he is the best. I have had kids and I am 40+. My butt was flat and ugly. With several issues. As of right now he fixed them but time will tell once swelling goes down. He told me to massage certain areas more to make sure the skin attaches to the connective tissue. He has an amazing bedside manner and you don't feel rushed once he is with you the room. He is super confident in what he does and it made me trust him. He didn't even ask how many kids I had. He judged my skin quality at the moment of consultation not needing any backround info.
And no I lost my original shape. You can never get that back on any procedure. It's never the same. Everyone goes in with hopes for better but sometimes it does come out worse
