On a side note, I'm also 4 kilos (around 9 lbs) lighter since I went in for surgery. This can't have been just due to the surgery as I had 4000cc taken out and 3000cc put back in, so not much 'loss' there. I've been eating a lot too, but pretty healthy food.

My recovery has been ok. I was up and about straight away in the recovery house, and walking on my own up to the shops by 4 days. Now, coming up to 4 weeks later, the worst has to be the lack of sitting, and also this burning feeling where the lipo was most aggressive on my flanks and lower back. It's so bad I have to take my garment off and just wear spanks sometimes for a break. It just feels like my skin is so fragile and burning. Can't wait for that to be over.

So I'm just past 3 weeks. My butt cheeks are still uneven. The right is kinda small and pointy. My boyfriend said it looked like a beak. As in a birds beak, the cheeky f**k. Lol. He doesn't know about the surgery, I told him it was just the girdle squeezing me in and lifting my butt in a weird shape, but yeah, a beak. Not the look I was going for when I spent $11k on my ass. It's still early days, and I'm hoping that it might round out and even out a little with time. If not, I'll be looking at a little touch up just to even things out.

The lipo sculpting and contouring is excellent. My stomach and flanks are greatly improved. Hopefully things get better in the coming weeks.
