Kagan's VA Doll

I got my BBL done by Dr. Kagan on 10/2 and I can't express in words how great of a job he did. He gave me exactly what I asked for. He was so kind and personable. He took great care of me. If you are considering getting a BBL, keep Kagan in mind. He was awesome.

So I have been laying around recuperating from my flight. I still haven't took any more pictures. I have to find way to get my before pictures so you can see what I had going on before. I will work on that next post. Now I feel the need to let you know how my overall experience was. I had my surgery with Jolie plastic surgery. The good thing is Dr. Kagan is leaving Jolie. They are very nice but truly unorganized. The have a serious communication issue and no set process in place. I arrived for my post op. There is a window. About 3 people walked in after me and got called back before me. Once I went up there to find out what was going on, they said I was next and I was. Only to see a nurse practitioner. It was supposed to be a pre op with Dr. Kagan. Day of surgery went gone. Met Kagan. Everyone came in but I was told to arrive at 7am which was 2 hours before surgery. I waited 5 hours. Had my surgery at 12pm. Kagan came in around 8 to mark me up. I was his second case. Not too bad but why tell me arrive at 7. Again not a biggie. Now the next day. I was told I would follow up with Kagan and was texted my massage was at 1. I get there and was told they did not have me on the schedule for a massage. I show them my text. They apologize and say I can get it at 2. I wait around and get massage at 2. Now i go to desk and say i need to do my follow up. I was told ok have a seat. Sit there pushing two hours. Go to desk, they asking about did I get my massage. I say yes. You told me wait for my post op. I was told I would have to wait around until the nurse practitioner could get me in. First off, what happened to Kagan. At that point I started feeling week. I had been there almost 4 hours. I said I couldn't wait anymore I would try tomorrow. I am now in VA and failed to get a post op appointment before I got home. Dr. Kagan nor a nurse practitioner has saw me since surgery. I dont feel bad so I am gonna chance recovering with no follow up care. I'm still full of fluid but have set up massages here. If anyone have any tips, please let me know. I got my brief discharge instructions and the tips I can remember from Kagan the day of surgery. Jolie GM walks around modeling their work, she looks good, but needs to put more energy into organizing the place. Me being a head supervisor in a hospital she needs to do better and get a better system. They have a lot of women coming through there daily fresh out of surgery and need better follow up care.
