So I had my surgery Thursday. I'm at a recovery house and all you need is a regular vacation. Getaway bag. They have all your needs if your staying at a recovery house. 2 days later u need the lipo foams, abdominal boards and you'll be fine. I have bcbs so I had to call my insurance in order for them to pay for my meds. Alvarez gives you the scripts during your pre-op... I'm just sore... will update later
