Fraud investigation now opened on avana plastics
My bank had to open a fraud investigation now against the company... they will not respond to emails or return any calls.... they are still dating they didn’t receive the money... yet clear as day you can see they did....

Pay again ???
Avana took my money and said they don’t have it.... asking me to pay again..... they don’t have insurance to cover stuff like this..... ceo won’t return my calls ..... supposed to be leaving on Monday....

hi my opinion to that is contact your bank to see who got the money if its a bank or credit card they should be able to help in that area

Yes they had like 8 deaths. Especially Dr.Loessin a few girls died because hemorrhaging and infection. The doctor was stitching the girls up too fast. Not only that one of the doctors I did research on is only a dermatologist. Not all of them are board certified in doing surgery, cosmetic surgery if that. Also Jolie Plastic surgery is a horrible place to go to.
Omg!! I just paid my money for the brazillian butt lift surgery. I did not know that anyone died at this clinic.Do you know anything about Dr Mameniski? Am really thinking about not doing the surgery now

I'm booked with Dr. Mameniski. He's from Ohio and he's actually board certified. You can look him up and he has been board certified for over 20 years. The only doctor at Avana that isn't a board certified plastic surgeon is Moradian. He's a board certified cosmetic surgeon not plastic surgeon.

Still haven't received my money back from avana plastic and I hear Dr kagan is now back at Jolie Plasic. CEO at avana not responding to me and they have no response to where my money is or how they lost it....

Hi Christine! I’m scheduled with Dr. Kagan for a BBL Feb 2019. I was told by Avana on 10/30/18 his contract with Jolie is ending and he is obligated to finish up his surgeries he has scheduled there. I wanted him as my surgeon but I didn’t want to deal with Jolie.
BTW My surgery is with Dr. Kagan Feb 2019 at Avana Plastic Surgery.
They withdrew the money out of my account and now telling me they didn’t receive it.... paid on oct 10th.... I have been told by them to now repay, take out a loan or borrow the money.....kagan is going back to Jolie.... I spoke to them
Hi girls I paid the same day and they called to let me know the merchant that they use to process there payments was being changed. They told me to have my bank reverse the charge which I did, and my bank credited my account back and then I just repaid them thru the new merchant. I don’t understand why you guys are having such a problem. Ask to speak with Samantha she is my contact person. They shouldn’t tell you to pay again without getting your money back first from the old merchant. My surgery is 1/11/18 with Dr Kagan.
I’ve been dealing with Vanessa, gigi and Jessie and all they do is ignore my messages and not call my back,..... honestly if this is how they treat you when they lose your money I couldn’t imagine them screwing up your surgery and not taking responsibility.... they are the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life
That Venus chick is annoying and stay emailing me after asking her to stop. They act desperate for clients, which is why I could not do business with them if I wanted to.
they told me 3 days after i paid it was stuck in the processor and It would be returned after I spoke with my bank, My bank sees that avana plastics took the money from my account...my bank has been trying to contact them and are getting no response back. this happened on ont 12th....i still havent received anything back and my surgery is on the 7th,,, my flight leaves here monday....they told me yesterday again that if I dont repay while im waiting to get my money back then they are not doing it,,,,so kinda stuck and no clue what to do, I tried contacting them again today and they have ignored me again....
You need to sue them for the lost of hotel and airfare, bottom line, they can only get away with what ppl let them.
I’m actually booked to have my surgery on the 7th with KAGAN at Jolie ... hope they don’t pull some stupid [RS bleep] on me now ... I hope all is well with you .. any news ?
