After a 2 year deployment I’m back on my BBL journey

I rescheduled my appt with DR. Alvarez for March 1 2019. This is my second time booking I had to reschedule due to low iron. I had my iron tested last week it was 10.3. Since then I been taking 325 mg of iron 3Xs a day after a meal. I also take a vitamin C tablet with my first dosage of iron and drink orange juice, grapefruit juice, and beet juice with the vitamin for better absorption. I’m so ready to have the surgery this time I even ordered a machine to test the iron and some more iron supplements other girls recommended and they said it worked for them. It is required that you have a 12 or higher but if you have an 11.0-11.9 you have to buy a 500 dollar cell saver which me personally I have no problem with that. So fingers crossed this10.3 can rise before my labs are due to be sent to Mia Aesthetics. I have 3 weeks so I’m confident. Well praying at least.

Got my CBC back and my iron was a 10.9. My patient coordinator said if I can get it up to an 11 they can do it but I would have to get the cell saver which is fancy for blood transfusion. And I'm so against blood transfusions. 2 of my family members had them and broke out really. And and I just don't want the thought. Good thing about Dr Alvarez office is I have an open surgery date now so I can reschedule anytime if there's vacancies. They are going to send me another CBC lab in a week and go for there. When I found out yesterday I was devastated I can't even lie. I called my boyfriend boohoo crying and this [RS bleep] who is against the surgery anyway was no help telling me that if I would have tripled up on iron I would have made it. Y'all I could have kicked him in his face. I hung up on him and I'm currently still not talking to him cause that was a kick when I'm down. But anyhow I don't know when in going to reschedule I'm thinking in two weeks maybe. The only money I'm out was the freaking condo I rented and they won't answer the phone to accept my cancellation. I do need some past future doll advice on how to get this iron to a 12 and keep it there for my surgery.

This a bbl journey has been one long roller coaster I swear. So got my lab results back today and my iron is at a freaking 10.2. I'm freaking out so bad. My surgery is next week. Like how the hell am I gone pull this off not to mention be cleared. Ugh I'm just saying this can't be life. Went immediately after I got my results to the vitamin shoppe crying actual tears lol and got some supplements. Dolls any good advice smh.
