2016 Experience BBL, Too Big Coming Back for a Revision.

I hate that I even have to go back but my butt is still huge and abnormal-looking. On top of it the scars are so big and project out, so I can't wear a swimming suit. He offered to do a free revision of my scars and my previous revision. I had mentioned in my prior post that I had breast augmentation through my areola. one of them took about 3 months to heal and the stitches never dissolved. My areola completely looks deformed, so he's going to fix that as well. I'm only going to him because he offered to do a revision for free. Ready for this nightmare to be over.

The swelling has finally gone down a little and I’m starting to see results. It already looks so much better! Just making sure I keep up with massages. I will give a full update in a few days. The recovery hasn’t been easy but I also got breast augmentation.

I originally got a BBL in 2016. The staff is sweet and attentive when it comes to scheduling and payment. However, I only got to see Dr. Salama once for about 10 minutes before the surgery. I made it clear that I didn't want a Kim K butt. I wanted something proportionate that would look good with my legs. At first the results were okay and once the swelling went down the lipo looked really good but my butt was wayyyyyy too big for my body. When I woke up I freaked out because they said he put 1800 cc's in each butt cheek. WOW i was just shocked at the size but I figured I'd wait till the swelling went down to see the results. When the swelling went down and I went home I was so embarrassed at how big and fake my butt looked. There is dents and the "hips'' he added make it look like my ass cheek is on the side of my leg.
I thought I was going to feel confident after this procedure but instead I feel even more self conscious. My butt is so big that it causes extreme unwanted attention. I got exactly what I said I didn’t want. Due to the extreme amount of fat that was insert in each cheek I got the nastiest stretch marks. I think some of the denting is due to the fact that they had ran out of my size faja when I went and they tried to desperately get me into a much smaller size that was really tight on my butt. It simply didn’t fit and it caused a weird shape. I do like his lipo skills he is able to give a nice shape without overdoing the LIPO.
My mother in law works for a really popular surgeon in indianapolis as a massage therapist and she was a life saver. Get as many massages as you can. I flew out an RN to florida during my recovery and I would definitely say she was a life saver. You definitely need someone to take care of you the first 4 days.
I’m scheduled for a revision in March of 2019. Hopefully this time I can get the results that I want. I will update this review then. I’m also having breast augmentation with him so I’ll review that procedure and hope I don’t get botched.
Things to consider when getting plastic surgery. Make sure you get something proportionate to your body. I keep seeing so many women with ridiculous butts that don’t match their legs and out of all of the ones I have spoken to they all regret going so big. Be very clear about what you want and listen to the doctors recommendations. Realize that as you gain weight your butt gets bigger. Realize that if you plan on having kids your butt will grow then as well. It’s as if it never stops growing haha. Buy a lot of bio oil and use it for stretch marks because you will get them.
My original review was 5 star but that was because I was offered a free massage in return for a 5 star review which can be deceiving when looking for a doctor. Keep in mind you will not see your final results till about a year later. That’s when you see the FINAL results.
