Dr. Tachmes was supposed to do a mommy makeover procedure on me. My MM included saline breast augmentation, breast lift and full abdominoplasty. I paid additional money for Gel implants and lipo suction. I look as though I've been cut in half, I have rolls of fat, I still have the stretch Marks, scar from surgery and the pooch all three of which I wanted gone and was told wouldn't be a problem. I have spoken to the dr a total of three four times one of which was the morning of surgery. His surgical nurse is amazing but that is really the only positive thing I can say. I'm still embarrassed to wear a swim suit, even more so now because I used bad judgement in choosing a PS. As soon as I save the money, I will have a revision.
