I arrived home today from Miami Beach. I am still in great pain, but I thought I'd post pictures. The doctor stated that there's 850 ccs in each cheek area. Unfortunately I had some trauma to one side so it appears to be a little different. I can see a big difference between my before and after pictures though.

About a year ago, I started contemplating about getting butt implants. Last year I went to two local cosmetic surgeons to see if I was a good candidate and the cost. Being in Ohio, the prices were outrageous. Thousands and I do mean, THOUSANDS of dollars. After becoming frustrated, I did a little more research on the web. The Brazilian Butt Lift procedure kept popping up everywhere. Due to the higher risk of butt implants, I decided that I would get a Brazilian Butt Lift instead. I could not believe some of the before and after results. I did a couple of virtual consultations and I decided that I would go with Dr. Leonard Tachmes in Miami Beach. I got concerned because I lost weight (8 lbs.) after I submitted my original pictures back in late April. I'm 5'8, 160 lbs now. At the time I sent original pictures, I was at 168 lbs. I hope to get a nice, plump, and more fullness especially at the lower part. I want to look like a true American-African woman...lol! I've posted before pictures and I will be posting the after once I get back to Ohio from Miami.

Hi flatbuttnomore! Thank you! I can understand how you're feeling. I felt kind of down, too. I think it had more to do with the surgery pain and my limitation of being able to do my normal routine. Yes my bottom still feels a little hard, but not lumpy. At first I was experiencing the lumpiness as well. I actually started massaging my bottom to help with the pain and the lumpiness around the 3rd day (easier said than done). As time goes on, you should notice that the bottom starts to feel less hard and the lumpiness should disappear. I hope you have great results and a quick recovery!
