My experience with Eres and Dr Hasan was terrible form start to finish, I should have known, as it was one of the very reasons that I did not risk booking with Hasan for my round 1. I think because I knew people who had gone to him, and I sold myself the dream after seeing results on here, that gave me a false sense of security. My surgery was cancelled last minute so although my work leave, international flights were booked... non-refundable accommodation, massages, transportation was paid for, I will not have surgery. I was told by Eres that Dr Hasan cancelled all his patients for March/April/May in February. This is my 2nd BBL, my round 1 was with Dr Fisher, the clinic was called Vanity then, because of another scandal they changed their name again. The pre-op team were not great the first time, but Dr Fisher himself was very good. I booked my surgery 5 months in advance with Dr Hasan, all for it to be cancelled about a month before. I had heard of Dr Hasan and Vanity/Eres doing this in the past, so I specifically asked the pre-op manager and two other coordinators to confirm my dates three times before I booked my flight. I even told the pre-op coordinator 3 days before she cancelled my surgery that I had heard of Vanity/Eres cancelling people last minute and switching them to other doctors. I was then reassured that I was booked for BBL with Dr Hasan only. I made it clear that I was not coming to to see a last minute substitute. They confirmed I would be with Dr Hasan and that what I described happened in the past, because the coordinators sometimes sell people to a wait-list. Then when no one drops out or reschedules they cancel the people on the wait list. Anyway, three days after my 'reassurance' I get contacted by Eres and informed that my BBL is cancelled. This is apparently because Dr Hassan has to renew his licence and this may take a couple of months...I was told that that patients are being rescheduled to June 2017 at the earliest. I was obviously very annoyed and upset because everything was booked and I confirmed a few times prior. Eres offered no discounted rate or compensation, etc for rescheduling and I did ask. I tried to make my case, especially with my losses, e.g the nonrefundable/non-transferable flights, however I received a like it or lump it response. A distinct lack of regard for the situation. A few days later when I finally accepted the loss of money, changed plans and booked a June 2017 date with Erers, the pre-op manager contacted me and told me that Hasan changed his requirements that very same day and he decided on a whim that will no longer be able to do my BBL in June or at all. I do not meet the new requirement he set today. He's not happy to lipo me again because I've had a BBL and lipo before and it would take longer and more care, more attention to detail, this is despite the lipo being in different areas. Bearing mind that I made them aware of all of this before I dropped my deposit, double checked he knew and he could do what I asked for after the photo consult... Bearing in mind they already had my medical record on file and even mentioned it when I originally contacted them, they were well aware. He was aware when he originally confirmed he'd take me on as a patient. He randomly changed his mind on that day and decided he didn't want to do it because it would be harder. At that stage I couldn't even be mad, it was not meant to be. I think he chooses such strict requirements so that he can do what he has to do quickly, with little care, conveyor belt style. That day I was also given news of a girl who was in hospital because Hasan sliced her liver during BBL (see insta post). Following the liver incident, it was two/three days later I was cancelled and he suddenly has licencing issues. During round 1 an RH warned me about Hasan, to quote, 'he lipos the life out of people', this time another RH also warned me that he can be careless with lipo burns, blood loss etc...When I originally considered Hasan, although I loved his results, I publicly stated my concerns about going with him. I didn't feel comfortable with the high profile death at the time, frequent last min patient cancellations, certification/licence issues, reports of prescription fraud, seemingly patient negligence, etc... now this time I try to get hasanified, because I know some of his patients, and I get cancelled then rescheduled last minute, people warn me, a woman's liver gets sliced... I then get cancelled permanently... All of this tells me that it simply wasn't meant to be! I was offered a refund or another doctor - I chose the refund, I've chased Eres and still not received the refund or a response about it. If you can afford to pay more, pay it so you don't have to deal with this type of conduct, I said the same with round 1 when they were called Vanity. From what I've seen Hasan can have amazing results, there's no denying that. The work on some people looks damn good, but it's also damn risky work...Just like with Duran, Yily, Cabral, etc... When it goes right those bodies are the truth, but when it goes wrong, it can go very wrong.
