So after loosing my boobs due to fitness I decided to get BAS, after getting an appointment with several doctors I decided to go with dr. Hochstein and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made.
Morning of the surgery I changed my mind about size (I had tried several during my pre-op and chosen 425cc) and decided to go with the 400cc look (which is the way ine looks with the try on implants and the bra during the pre op) and during the surgery Dr. H. decided to put 450cc since we usually end up loosing about 50cc behind the muscle and he wanted me to have the look I wanted. After surgery I didn't really have much pain, around 3 or 4 in the scale 1-10, and the worst part was at home in the afternoon that I experienced a lot of vomiting due to my stomach not tolerating pain medicine. I corrected it the next morning by minimizing the dose (since pain was very little) and with digestive enzymes. I've been ten days into recovery now and I'm only experiencing swelling. I'm driving and pretty much back to my normal life. Wearing the post surgical bra most of the time and finding sleeping sideways a bit difficult. I have another appointment next week to get rid of my stitches. Will post more soon.

Hi!! If you don't mind, what is your height and weight???? I'm 5'2 @ 114lbs and work out all the time, eat a clean diet. I currently have 360cc silicone from 2003. Want them bigger and recommended I do 475s or could pull off a 500s (would be a stretch...).
Thank you!!

Hi Mshynk how has it been working out with your 350ccs? Do you find it harder to work out, difficult to chest press? Are you limited in anyways and marlyslo, They look awesome so far!

Thank you for the reply.... what's BWD??
I've always been athletic and working out; I didn't have any problems with my 360s!! I played golf for a while with no problems. I do chest presses, yoga, push ups, pulls ups, you name it. Additional my are behind the muscle.... keep in mind I've had mine for 13 years. Heal well and go for it!!! :-)

BWD is the width of your breast: http://cosmeticsurgeryforums.com/breast_width_dimension.htm since mine is 11cm I can only put in an implant that wide and tall. Or else you would have an abnormally high chest? I guess. I'm sort of trying to figure it out. I was told I have a 315cc limitations because of the small BWD. Writing from my phone sorry if there's crazy errors!

Wow! Okay first of all you look amazing! It's way to early to say you're "out of proportion ". It's been what, 2 days since your surgery in that pic? A lot will change and happen in the following few months so don't listen to luismendez21. As far as getting Capsular Contracture (cc) no one knows why it happens. It just happens in some women and it's no ones fault. With that being said I'm so happy for you that everything went so good for you. I have my surgery on Tuesday and I can't wait! Happy healing
