30 Years Old, No Butt at All, Dr. Salama 6/3/2016 - Miami, FL

I wasn't going to post anything as I have been trolling the site for awhile but I feel like I need to post. I am 48hrs post op, and honestly hasn't been as bad as expected. I'm uncomfortable but not in severe pain. Mainly, my faja has been very uncomfortable and had to cut some around my butt as it was indenting my skin. Worst part is laying on my stomach all the time.. Biggest advice is to MOVE around!! I have gotten up every 2-3hrs to move and I know that helps. First time taking the faja off wasn't that bad.. I am taking my pain medication about every 3-4 hours bc at 4 hrs, I'm feeling pain and just trying to avoid. I was dizzy twice but I haven't had any nausea or vomiting. I am eating fine and drinking a lot!! Now, the worse part is the peeing ????.. I have the ez pee thing and it helps but I leak sometimes and I hate having pee on my faja ????... Here are my 24hr post op photos... I'll keep y'all updated... Also, any advice on how to lay besides on stomach? It's sore from laying...

Feeling pretty good. Walked a lot today. I'm not swelling more, think it's going down. I'm draining less. Ive only peed on myself once today ????... Worst pain is like 3/10 and is at crack of butt where the faja thing is tight (I'm also 6ft tall so I don't think it's long enough and is pulling). And then on my ribs under my breast hurts but that's probably from laying on stomach etc. I'm drinking ally of Gatorade, had my second shower and I'm moving right along!!
