First and foremost, please forgive any grammar/spelling mistake as English is not my first language.
I am 5 6" and weighted at the time of procedure 186 lbs, I wouldn´t say I looked fat, but definitely chubby. My story is the usual one, thin when young but got married and after pregnancies I gained weight which I did lost, after my second baby I dieted and exercised and was 128 lbs which for my frame is very little and it didn´t last anyway jaja. After that I divorced (as my husband who hated "fat woman" cheated on me with a 250lbs woman, go figured!!). In 2016 I had a Hysterecotmy as I almost die because of a cyst that was choking my right ovary, and when they opened me doctor found I had endometriosis and adenomyosis so my uterus was gone, as a result my ovaries stopped working and my hormones went crazy (like if I were on meno) and I put on a ton of weight (20ish pounds) so I was 160 and one year later I was 186, some days I tried to eat right and exercise but to be true most of the days my will was so low for that and fast food got in my way and I couldn´t say no to them. After a while my ovaries woke up so started functioning again and I decided it was time for me to do something for me only, as my life is dedicated to my 2 teen boys and my work, so, on April 27 I went for it and did smartlipo on my abdomen (full) my back my flanks and inner tights, I was sedated during the procedure and when I woke up I was all done. For me it was not that bad as long as the pain, but the amount of liquid I drained it was very uncomfortable for me, it lasted 2 days. It is no pain per se but more like a soreness like when you haven’t done exercise in 2 years and suddenly you climb a volcano and the next day you can barely walk, it lasted about 4 days. I am getting used to my compression garment as I have to adjust it every 5 days or so as the inflammation goes down. I can see results and I do not regret my decision at all, as a matter of fact I do regret not having my arms done jajaja. I am very motivated to eat clean, and when I have the authorization of my doctor I will exercise, I love love love insanity ! I am down 7 pounds in 15 days, drinking water like a camel in the desert. My goal is 145-150lbs so I have a long way ahead but I am determined to do it. Here is my picture of before and after, I must add that I ask the doctor for an elongated/slim contour, (not like Kim Kardashian´s contour) as I always hated my hips, so I wanted him to help me achieve a more slender figure wich I am willing to work for it too.
