Six more days for my surgery and I'm having such a hard time following my post-op diet. :( this head hunger is no joke. I'm very disappointed in myself. If anyone can please give me advice on things to take on the trip with me I would greatly appreciate it. Hello everyone, I weigh 180 pounds and my surgery date is on April 13th. I'm excited and a little nervous. I was wondering and wanted to know if there is anyone with a low bmi like mine which is 31, I'm 5'3 and I'm heading to Mexico to get this done. Please share any suggestions with me to help me through this journey.
