I had surgery with Dr. Cardenas. Not sure of the clinics name

Pain- there is no need for pain. The Dr, fits you will a pain pump that is used to inject the pain directly. In the beginning, I thought I could outlast the pain, but I soon realized there was no need to deal with pain at all. The Dr. said that on a scale of one to ten, I should never be higher than a three. That is the directions I followed.
Experience - There is a lot of experience in Dr Cardenas's group. Follow then, let them lead you though the recovery. Most of them have had Plastic surgery themselves and know exactly what you are experiencing. In a very short time I realized that I must go with the flow.

You look great. I am VERY similar to your situation, age etc... I just had full Tummy tuck with lipo in Tijuana for $5100 at the same place, CosMed Clinic with Dr. Quiroz/Dr, Castenada. They are who did my full facelift, eyes, forehead 6 months ago for $8K. Its weird but, I had zero pain with the TT and Lipo and didn't want/need/require any pain medication. I just had the full TT and Lipo 3.5 weeks ago on January 19th 2016. Everything going great. I am SO happy I completed the surgeries. I've never been a vain type of guy however, it's nice be 53 years old and actually like to look in the mirror again after so many years or the complete opposite. Continue the updates and photos!
