I am from Seattle Washington, I had found out about Julio Saldana through a friend and at first I was very worried about traveling to Tijuana to have a facelift but the price was too tempting at 4600.00 compared to 14,00.00 in Washington. I began talking to friends and three more friends decided to go have procedures done with Dr. Saldana....I here to say all of us would go back to Dr. Saldana in an instance! He was professional and we are all very happy with the results. Here is my experience. Travel was a breeze and I wish I had not worried so much about driving through the border, Dr. Saldana has a medical transport that picked us up from the Sandiego Airport and took us across the border to our hotel. We were worried because we could only pay for our surgeries by cash. They do not even check your passport with the shuttle on the way into Mexico so our fears were put to rest once we arrived at our hotel. The next morning we all four headed to Dr. Saldana's office. I was the first to have surgery and I became nervous once again but Dr Saldana's calm nature and his caring staff settled me down letting me know he does surgery all the time and that to him facelifts were an easy surgery, his staff gave me medication to relax me and I headed into surgery while my friends waited patiently by. Dr. Saldana performs only two surgeries a day so my friend Connie went after me. 3 of us had facelift surgery and one had Rhinoplasty surgery. Julio Suldana's surgery center was clean and professional, I had eyelift surgery in Seattle Washington 4 months prior to my facelift surgery so I had experience with surgery centers in the state and Dr. Saldana's surgery center was as nice or nicer than in Seattle. After surgery we spent two nights in the surgery rooms at Dr. Saldana's surgery center and then we took the medical transport back to our hotel just 2 minutes from his office. Three days after Facelift surgery all four of us went to dinner at a fine dining seafood restaurant and were perfectly fine, yes we were a bit bruised from the surgery and there was a slight amount of pain but we truly felt great and all of our surgeries went off without any complications. We stayed for 7 days in Tijuana dining out every evening in amazing restaurants, day 4 we were out sightseeing and walking about 2 miles a day, truly it was a breeze. We did retire early in the evening and used cold packs for the swelling, we bruised but after 2 weeks your bruising is not noticeable with light makeup. I would highly recommend Julio Saldana and the experience we had with him and his staff! I am now 5 months past surgery and thrilled with my results! I am 53 years old and told I look in my 30's It is so worth it and I would definitely do it again!
