34 Year Old Much Needed Arm Lift and Breast Lift W/implants - Mexico City, MX

Hi ladies just wanted to post some updated pics. Today marks my 6th week. I'm doing really well I've been extremely focused on scar treatment. I haven't been in any pain or discomfort I think i have a little swelling my arms feel like they are still numb sometimes when I'm not wearing my compression sleeves. I left the house for about 3hrs without them on (plenty of sunscreen) and it was nice to be free but i have it bad walking into the edges of doorways done it my whole life so I quickly put them back know they were in my purse just in case lol.I do want to advise you ladies not to buy the 1" band surgical bra I needed to go down a size and I bought 2 new bras same size but one was a 1" and the other the 2" marena was the brand. Well I notice when I wore the 1" it rubbed my right breast weird i just thought that since that one had oozed from the start and that it was just going to take longer to heal well a week later I had about a nickel sized "opening I'm not sure how to describe it but I've seen it on some other's on realself. I don't smoke and haven't been around anyone that does. It hasn't bleed,smelled or had a lot of discharge no sign of infection. It reminds me of when you scrap your knee or elbow and all the skin comes off down to the white meat. To make matters worse I pull off a bandage the same ones I've been using this whole time and it pulls my skin off in a different spot like seriously! thank God the padding was covering the actually wound it hurt like hell. My arm incisions are looking really good I've been using mederma 1x daily formula I keep the whole arm moisturized with Eucerin lotion my skin seemed to be very dry and thirsty since surgery. I put the scaraway silicone sheets on the left side that side is very visible from the back. They are hella expensive I'm using the 2month supply that comes with 8 in the box well I have to use 4 to cover my whole arm I just keep using them until they don't stick I get about 8 or 9 days of use. I found some on clearance at a grocery store and stocked up so today I'll start putting them on both sides. My breast incisions I'm only putting vaseline on the mederma bothers the open spots and I always use too much and accidentally get it on the open part. Now that little tube is awesome a little does go a long way I bought 4 tubes because it was so small but I've used the same tube for 4 weeks Overall I'm loving my results I'm doing cardio daily and lower body weight training as well as some light back resistance anything at the gym that wont work my chest or arm muscles(planning to lose 10lbs to lean out) my girls are so full I love it especially in my lingerie they haven't fluffed yet so I know they are only gonna get better.

Hey guys just a quick update I'm finally getting back in my normal routine. I'm past the whiny stage thank goodness! Got tired of hand washing the garments and the hour long wound care process. Tips to shorten process maxi pads and pantiliners! My armpit incision on the left side reopened and just stopped oozing so I used the maxi pads to absorb the yucky! My breast incisions were leaking not a lot but enough to stink up my garments so I use the pantiliners to keep the bra section of my garment clean. Another tip for faster cleaning put hydrogen peroxide in a spray bottle and spray the stays makes it a whole lot quicker to soak and clean the garment. Sorry it's been my biggest pet pev. Anyways my implants are 450ccs progressive gel plus textured my doc put them in their permanent place which I was so thrilled I keep wondering why they never looked deformed or out of place. I picked the perfect size I wanted to fill in my 38dd's and not have saggy long nipple. I got all that and no "it'll be 6mos before they settle b.s" I even put on my regular bra and they look amazing and natural and voluptuous still a little stiff but I'm loving them. My arms are so cute and tiny no flabby biscuit dough. My right side incision is healing so nicely its n so well hidden. I used vaseline for the 1st 14days on all my incisions the glue/dry skin finally came off so now I'm using mederma 1x daily gel in the morning and mederma dry oil at night. The oil is awesome it makes my skin so Dewey. My left side incision is healing slower a little lumpy it sucks cause it's so visible on that side I have to figure out how to incorporate the scar away silicone sheets

Hey real selfer's just a quick update/recap on my topplasticsurgeons.com experience. So like many I wanted more like NEEDED cosmetic surgery so on a journey I went. I had a few consultations here in Texas and although the surgeon's fee for an arm lift and breast lift with implants was reasonable but once the surgical facility and anesthesia and "other" applicable fees I was looking at close to 15k now way could I afford that and I was miserable. I went to tijuana for my sleeve which cost me less than 4500 flight included and was treated like a rock star! Successfully I am 15-20lbs within in my goal range and had no complications whatsoever hell I think I've only been nausea once in the whole time I've had my sleeve the weight came off relatively fast and I've been doing great so I went back to searching in Mexico. I know your not supposed to chose a surgeon based on cost but dammit it's a huge deciding factor when your money is comical. And after being on realself long enough to know it's not how much you pay its the surgeon. I've seen people pay lots of money or a little money and get botched and vice versa low cost with great results and high cost with great results. I like the expensive stuff but want a clearance price. I found topplasticsurgeons.com they offered all inclusive packages for all types of cosmetic surgery. They had it set up so it included an assistant to basically be your companion the hotel accommodations for 7days and the surgery. The only thing not included was additional nights at the hotel (they suggested i stay 10days which would be an extra 65 per night) my surgical garments (they said I could bring in from home) and meds $50 they even offered bundled deals so for my arm lift with extensive lipo and breast lift with implants upto 450cc's if larger than that it would be $70 per 50cc's I initially wanted 650ccs so $350 i was looking at about 6200 plus a flight which was $350 i also asked about adding lipo for my armpit fat that hung and my side boob fat they could add that in for 1k I was ready! now that the money was within reach I began to research on the dr they chose Juan Bernardo Baltazar Rendon he looked good on paper after lots of back and forth emails I was sold. Only thing was it was hard to find many reviews on him I found his Facebook page and it lead me to his website where I found good reviews all in Spanish but Google translation has been my BFF these last few months I was set they told me what blood work to have done and how to reserve my spot. Unlike other places they didn't require a deposit or down payment basically flight confirmation was all they needed. That in my mind was a win hell as much money as ive spent on so call free consultations in the States if I got there and didn't like him or the hospital I'd hop my flabby arms and saggy [RS bleep] right back on a plane and start over. Due to finances I elected to not due the additional lipo I hope I don't regret it. In my mind the implants should pull the side boob and the incision from the armpit should address my fatty tissue. If not that last 15lbs I need to lose should fix it. Hell if Dr rendon is whats up ill go back when I have more funds the downtime for lipo is only 3or 4 days I need my waist/flanks done too. Well when I arrived my drive was waiting for me inside the airport holding a sign with my name on it he didn't speak English but he to used his Google translation to communicate he took me to my hotel checked me in and said my assistant would take me to my consult with Dr Rendon. There was another lady there so we road together to meet him and I was impressed! I feel in love with Dr Rendon who speaks fluent English he was everything I wanted in a surgeon he let me know i had plenty breast tissue and for the look into wanted I would need so much implant I trusted him and went with the 450s (so glad I did) after looking at the sizers he had in office which wasn't all glamour and glitz like back at home I don't wanna pay for some fancy office the dr should hardly be in anyways. Dr Rendon office was clean cozy and comfortable all I had required. He asked about my blood work which I hadn't brought with me because I waited till the last minute to do it cause I was told it would only take a day to get back how wrong that was so he said if push came to shove I could get it done there and reschedule once it was in. Another thing about mexico I love is promptness I got the results back in 12hrs wow vs 3-5 days in texas. So surgery was booked for Friday 4/7 I was bummed i had wasted a whole day being unproductive! Because of the language barrier I stayed in my room I don't play with my life or safety I watched tv and sleep all day my wifi worked in my room but not so much in the lobby or restaurant in the hotel my package included breakfast which was pretty hardy for me being sleeved and all. Each day I had eggs with ham fruit plate toast and juice which I ate on all day so I never spent money on food I bought m&m's one day but that's all my assistant took me to the hospital to get the blood drawn it cost $76 we went across the street to get my rx filled $40 and I was on my way back to the room. When it was time to have my surgery the dr and and his father who is also a plastic surgeon made their drawings and we waited for the anesthesiologist who was stuck in traffic forgot to mention Mexico city is the city that never sleeps it is traffic all day and night these folks gets it in. While we waited Dr rendon should me the box with the implants Motiva Progressive Gel+ 450cc's he reviewed his markings again and when the anesthesia guy came I said hi he asked a few Medical questions and the next thing I know I was back in recovery feeling for a drain or catheter I had to pee so bad neither was there so I walked to the bathroom. I spent the night in the recovery room nothing fancy it could use a coat of paint but it was clean comfortable and functioned. It didn't have a toilet but the bathroom was right next door short walk . I was ready to get back to my hotel it was too loud in the hospital noise from outside and inside my hotel was my solitude it was quite dark and cozy. Can you believe it's traffic on Saturdays. Another Dr came to greet me she took me back to the hotel changed my dressings and said she'd be back Monday to check on me not to shower my upper body the hotel has the hand held shower thing so that was easy. So I rested the whole weekend found a few English movies to watch and slept she came Monday removed the dressing and retaped any opened wounds and said everything looked good and I could put on my compression garments. I love them so I feel so much stronger wearing them. Dr Rendon came by to check on me looked over his work and was impressed with how I was healing he was and gave me the okay to fly the next day wrote up my scar treatment plans and talked to me about the swelling from my side boob he said it should go away on its own thank God! The armpit hanging fat appears to be gone the compression garments are doing there job. Overall I had an excellent experience and will definitely keep them in mind for any other cosmetic needs in the future.
