My second and final surgery is all set for July19 2017, I will be going to Dr Cardenas for Breast Lift without implants, Torsoplasty, Arm Lift and a Vertical Scar Revision. I will also have some liposuction to my upper abdomen. I will be doing a 7 night stay at the Recovery House instead of 5 nights like with my first surgery. They take such good care of you and i want to make sure I'm there long enough so the Nurses can remove my drains and I don't have to at home myself.
I have 2.5 months to lose around 15 lbs, because I have a lot of volume (fat) in my arms and the Dr wanted me to lose a little more before the surgery. I recently started working with a personal trainer and have lost 3 lbs so far, so we shall see ????.
I went back and forth with my breast lift decision. At first I wanted a lift with implants but after researching and reading so many other women's stories about having them removed I decided against it. Currently I am a DD and Dr Cardenas said that with a lift I will go down the a full C. At first I was not OK with it, I didn't want smaller breasts but now I am fine with it because the alternative is keeping my current saggy boobs or getting implants and having to have another surgery in 10 to 15 years to have the implants replaced or removed because they don't last forever.

Congratulations on you sx! How are you feeling? I am super bummed that Dr Cardenas recently increased her prices. They used to be reasonable, but now you might as well get SX done in the US where everything is regulated. Dr. Fisher does a really good job on removing extra skin.. And now that its the same price, I doubt I will go to Mexico for a LBL.

I feel really good, the pain level I have now is no where near what I had when I had my lower body lift.

Looking great! So happy for you that you've completed all your surgeries. Your results look great so far. Originally I was planning on Dr. Cardenas but I switched to another Dr in Tijuana- I decided to stick with the same company that helped me coordinate my VSG, they have a great PS they work with. I have the first stage of my surgery scheduled for 9/9/17, then I'll be getting the same thing you just did 6 months later. Wishing you a speedy recovery and I look forward to seeing your updates!

Thank you, I am sure you are so excited for your surgery in September as well, will you be staying in a recovery house in MX or going home right after your procedure?

I'm excited and terrified at the same time! I'm staying for aftercare for a week. A Lighter Me has a medical floor at The Grand Hotel. I stayed there for 3 days after my VSG. One week post op care was included with my surgery quote. Both my husband and I are nurses, so we think a week should be sufficient.

10 days PO and the scars are looking better. I have much better range of movement with my arms. My back lift does not hurt at all, I am having the majority of pain in my breast

You're healing nicely! I saw your review on Embrace Scar Therapy Sheets and I was thinking of buying those as well. They're pricey but it looks like it's worth the investment, especially with a 360 body lift w/ FDL.

Thank you! I agree they are pricey but they are absolutely worth it. Getting the 360 was a big financial investment in myself so why not do everything to make sure you get the results you want. I would absolutely recommend it.

You look great I am 3 weeks into my upper body cosmetics. Every thing is healing well. Breast still a bit sore and arms are not quite able to fully reach out but getting better each day. How long are you going to wear your garments?

Thank you, my dr wants me to wear them for 6 weeks. It has gotten easier to put on my sleeves so I don't see 6 weeks being an issue. My only concern is the heat, having the garments and then a shirt of top of that makes it pretty uncomfortable with the summer heat ☹️ How have things been going in your recovery?
