Someone from Dr. Poole's team did my laser hair...

Someone from Dr. Poole's team did my laser hair removal and I was badly burned. I did not tan and have had laser hair removal done many times over the years. I moved so I had to use another Dr./PA. I never had any issue in the past. I saw 3 Dr.'s after this because I was so upset and worried my pigment would not return. It did thankfully but took almost a year! I learned from these physician's that these machines get out of calibration easily and need to checked/evaluated often. They said it was not my fault. I did my due diligence and went to a Dr. not a beauty salon or even a medispa. I am grateful everything returned to normal after a very long time but disappointed about how this was handled
