37 Year Old with Pancakes for Breasts After 3 Kids and Weightlifting - Metairie, LA

I've always been a small B cup bra and I was content with that. After 3 kids and regular strenuous exercising and weight lifting, my size B became flat size A or pancakes as I called them. I decided to move forward with the surgery or at the least get a consultation and then decide . I was very impressed with Dr sands bedside manners within the first 5 minutes of meeting him. He was very thorough and patient as he explained in detail the surgery and outcome. I went to his office for a breast augmentation only and after meeting him decided to let him fix unsatisfactory results from a previous surgery. In 2010, after I was done having kids, I had adominoplasty surgery performed by another surgeon. I was satisfied with my results but always wished my scar could be lower and I was also left with small dog ears. I exercise a lot and am in fairly good shape so the dog ears were tolerable cause they were small but it still nagged me at times although it didn't bother me enough to get it repaired. After meeting Dr Sands, and instantly feeling very comfortable and trusting of him , I decided to inquire about a scar revision to lower my original scar and remove dog ears. Dr Samds informed me that removing the dog ears would also have to include liposuction of flanks. It's now been 8 weeks since my surgery. I can honestly say that Im 100% happy with the process from my very first office visit. His entire office staff is very nice and friendly and make you feel very relaxed and comfortable. Sophia , Stephanie, Carmen and the other nurse (I feel awful that I can't remember her name) all do an excellent job at making you feel relaxed. I also had an excellent experience at Houma outpatient which is one of the surgery center he uses.. I am so happy with my new breast. I ended up getting silicone 285cc which gives me a full C . My breasts are already soft and look very natural. Im much happier with the placement of my new scar and I no longer have dog ears but now have nice contoured sides and flanks. My waist is so tiny in my opinion compared to just the straight box look I had before in addition to dog ears from the original adominoplasty . I am also a healthcare provider so I know excellent care from bad and excellent service from bad. My experience has been so perfect that I can write forever and I know I'm forgetting to say some things that I'll think about later. I am 100% happy with my breast augmentation, scar revision and liposuction of flanks and I highly recommend Dr Sands
