Hello ladies. I've been on realself for a while now and I'm finally ready to contribute to the community and do a review of my own. I breastfed two beautiful babies with my boobs and it shows! I'd never regret it but I'd like to get back what I once had. Before pregnancy I was a nice big D cup. Now I am barely a B cup. I'll be have my BA on May 8 and my pre-op is in less than two weeks. I'm 5'6, 115lbs, bwd is 12.8 and I'll be getting 450cc or 475cc smoothe round hp silicone by Mentor. I have breast tissue but it's droopy and I'm borderline needing a lift but the hp will help with that says my ps.

The left (your left) is 450cc's and the right is 475cc's. I know 25cc's is only a medicine capful but I'm still indecisive. I don't want that extra 25cc too end up making me too big. There's a point where ya gotta draw the line ya know. But I do like the look of the 475cc and I know a little volume is lost going under the muscle. It's weird because I see some 350 and 375cc girls who look bigger than a 450cc girl. I don't know if I'll end up looking too big or too small for either one. It's frustrating.

I got 325 cc hp implants in December. I have an 11 bwd and am 5'5 120 pounds. I have to say, these are pretty big on me. (I am now a 34 D.) You are pretty tiny. I think it just depends on the look you want. It is frustrating when trying to decide on size. You are going to love it though.

Exactly. I'm little and don't want to look like a thin [RS bleep] with stupid big breasts. I just don't know. I saw petitemama, a realself member, and she has 350cc and looks nice and big. But I've seen other reviews of women with 450cc or 500cc and they don't look any bigger.

Oh god.... no you don't! They are a bit different in person. Lol....I'm sure my implants (325) on someone who is taller and bigger than me would look completely different. I think a lot depends on your bwd.

Sorry... Wasn't done. They look big with clothes off, but great otherwise. Not too big at all. And high profile. Plus, I was never even a true b, so with you having been a d, I think your size selection is right on. I think you have great hips and you will look perfectly balanced. Good luck!!

Thanks CLE216! I was thinking the same about being a d, that I could pull it off. My mom used to buy me minimizing bras in high school because I developed early and too much, I just want to get back there so I can appreciate them now. I didn't like them in high school.

So true about clothes on vs naked!!!! Such a tough concept to photograph and grasp. Hard to find wish boob pics that are the same boobs both with and without clothes.

I looked very similar to you pre op.ended up with 450L 485R and couldn't be happier. Glad I did not go bigger! Good luck

Thank you. Did you have slight sag? If so do they still sag a little? My ps said hp will give somewhat of a lifting effect.

Sorry that should have said I wouldnt worry about the 25ccs. Trust your PS and his experience. I know mine sound HUGE but loving them so far! ;)

UHP was my only choice to get the projection I wanted (which results in cup size). I preferred HP or even Mod plus but my bwd limited my size choices down to way smaller than o wanted. I really didn't want the "balls" look a lot is UHP end up like but I trust my PS and his work is incredible so here we are! They are high and very much "balls" right now but they still have to drop and fluff so honestly I am not worried. Even if they keep a lot of upper pole fullness honestly I think I will be ok with the that. I am getting used to it. ;)
Frankly it's all better than what it was! I don't expect miracles I just want much better.

You are quite slim I think to go 450s. Gotta decide if you want it to be obvious you have implants. Then ask your doc what is the largest natural looking type you could get, if that's what you prefer. Or if you don't care I would ask how big could you go without problems associated w big implants on small women. Seriously though don't get caught up in numbers just ask the ️dr to make them look like a photo you like and listen to the recommendation
