I consider myself a fairly athletic person, however, I have always felt I had large thunder thighs. After undergoing a Tummy Chuck, muscle repair and Liposuction to my hips October 2016, I felt my thighs were even more pronounced. I decided to use the same plastic surgeon in Boise Idaho, Dr. Jonathan Kramer

The first few days after surgery are mostly uncomfortable due to some oozing from incision sites and the full body binder is tedious to get on and off. Other than that, feels like I got beat up pretty bad but I wouldn’t call it painful, just super uncomfortable. The “squeezie” machine I had for a week was also annoying but necessary so I used it when I was not walking around the house.
After 5 or 6 days, honestly, I felt pretty darn good and had to force myself to sit still.
At 19 days post op, visited doctor Kramer and he said to start massaging the thighs and keep arnica on it. Bought some spanx to wear instead of the garment. Glad I had the procedure.

Day of surgery

Meant to post the day of. The surgery center was wonderful. I checked in, got marked up and woke up in recovery. Not sure how they got that garment on me. Sent me home and nothing too crazy to report. Lots of marker all over thighs, back. The day after, went to the doctor, Quick check and ordered a second garment, I recommend that if you can.
