Breast implant sizing depends on your initial anatomy such as breast base width, additional available chest wall, tissue quality, and stretch.  Although it may be feasable to utilize implants larger than recommended by this dimensional analysis, understand that larger and larger breast implants come with an increasing risk of complications, both in the early healing phase and over time. Therefore I would take the recommendation of the Board Certified Plastic Surgeons who are evaluating you in person if you want the best result over the longest period of time.

We use the CO2 FemiLift procedure in our practice and touch ups are needed to maintain results.  Results vary, but typically one tough up treatment is needed every 12-18 months after the initial 3 treatment package. 

On average CoolSculpting reduces the fat within the treatment area by 20-25% per treatment. The number of CoolSculpting sessions will vary based on the thickness of the fat layer, individual patient response and patient treatment goals. If you are close to your ideal weight you may see your desired results with just one treatment, however most of our patients typically need at least two.

From your photos you appear to be borderline for "needing" a lift. It is possiblethat larger implants could give you the breasts you desire with more volume and fullness but the breasts and nipples may stil have the same lower position on the chest wall and or there may be a snoopy breast ( ptosis off of the implants) and you may desire a lift in the future. Large implants only help up to a point, then make things look worse with residual ptosis. If you want the best position and shape, you should strongly consider a lift after a consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who can review these options and likely outcomes based on your anatomy and tissue characteristics.

It's difficult to tell from your photos whether your abdominal contour would benefit from coolsculpting, however if you have pinchable fat you would be more of a coolsculpting candidate than if a rounded abdominal contour is due to lax muscles such as what you might see from a pregnancy. We have treated many people who are thin and fit and had problem areas that responded well to CoolSculpting. The best recommendation will come from an in person exam by a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who is also experienced with CoolSculpting.  

It is not uncommon to have a little bit of oozing after surgery. This is usually not a problem. Definitely keep your follow up appointment with your Plastic surgeon to make sure there isn’t any ongoing bleeding or oozing.

First of all, you don’t know those machines will give the same results or that they are as safe as Coolsculpting. All legitimate Coolsculpting providers will be listed on the Coolsculpting site.  The practices you are referring to may claim they offer Coolsculpting but ZELTIQ has the only trademarked and patented machine for cryolipolysis. 

With a tummy tuck , the skin of the abdomen is elevated off of the abdominal wall muscles so the skin and fat is lifted as a flap. In order to do this some vessels are divided either with the elctrocautery ( which seals the vessels ) or tied off with sutures and divided. These are the vessels supplying the abdominal wall skin and are not “ major “ vessels, so if done correctly there should be no healing problems.   The remaining skin left after a tummy tuck is nourished by vessels coming in from the sides of the abdomen or the vessels that are left intact.  Congratulations on making that decision and good luck!

Based on our experience and your photos you should expect at least 2-3 sessions. The number and type of applicators would need to be determined during consultation, however we have a lot of experience with coolsculpting and have used 14-16 applicators on patients with your body type. The number will depend on your expectations for a change.
