I have wanted to get boobs for a long time. I have always been an A cup but recently gained some weight and have been a 34-36b for about a year. I wanted big a perky breasts though. I went into my consultation after being referred to Dr. Jonathan Kramer in Meridian ID. I went into my consult and felt so good with the staff and their friendliness and the very professional and beautiful office that he has. Before I went in they sent me a procure and some paperwork for an easier check in. I spoke to the staff atleast 3 times before going in with questions or concerns and all my questions were answered in an efficient manner. I had done extensive research, both on forums and also a TON of YoutTube videos. I went in deciding that I wanted Mod Plus cohesive silicone. We tried a couple different sizes and I like 400cc the best, j went in for my Preop and saw all these videos about people that said they wish they would have gone bigger, so I mentioned it and his nurse practitioner suggested that if j went bigger it may make me look top heavy because I already have a broad back and am 5'3". So we decided on 400. I went in today and got my surgery. I was so nervous the couple days before but j was surprisingly calm(ish) when I was in the pre op room. The staff at millennium surgery center was absolutely amazing! Made me feel so at ease and didn't overlook any concern I had!

Right now I feel that my boobs look a little small but I know they will change so much. They are definitely cone shaped and need to drop and fluff. I have my post op appointment in a couple days and I can't wait for him to tell me how it's going. ALSO, I feel amazing! I am in awe with how great I'm feeling. I'm sure tkmorrow might be a different story, but I'll take advantage of the good feeling today. The meds aren't making me sick or knocking me out, they are just making me a little loopy. I've had two of my girlfriends come and see me and my sister did as well. Please ask any questions. I'd love to answer what I can:)

Hi! Congrats! I'm scheduled with Doctor Kramer on the 16th!! Coming up so quick! So glad to hear your doing well. How do you feel about the drains? Idk why but I'm so nervous about having drains. Please keep posting updates, would
Love to see more!

Thank you sweetheart! It creeps on you that's for sure! It was dragging for me and then the weekend before I was a hot mess! The drains were also one of my biggest fears! I don't do well with blood at all, I passed out when I had to clean my tattoos... But I've had no issue with them! I accidentally tugged on one when I pulled my shirt down but it didn't hurt too badly. I will post a good picture of how I wrapped my tubes so they stay out of the way and they don't get accidentally tugged.

I just had mine done yesterday as well. 400cc high profile. I am feeling good but loopy from meds. I think mine are cone shaped too. The next few weeks and months should be interesting to see how they change. Thanks for sharing!

The cone shape is so distracting and it makes me feel like they'll stay that way forever! But know that's in my head. Lol. I hope the rest of your recovery is great! And congratulations!

Congratulations!! So glad your recovery has been smooth so far! I had my augmentation with Dr. Kramer about 12 weeks ago. I've been happy from day one! You'll love them!

Thank you!! I can't wait for them to settle and drop and be beautiful! :)

I'm so glad a came across this!! I have been going back and forth on what surgeon to choose in this area and if 400cc was too big!! I'm 5'3 and 125-130 pounds. Yours look great!!!

I am having an awesome recovery so far! My breast are very cone shaped at the moment but my pain level is extremely manageable. I've been taking the meds as prescribed and I just feel stiff and tender. I feel extremely lucky to be doing so well. My right breast is a little bit more tender because my bed side table is on the right of my bed. But I've been walking around my house as directed by my doctor and I have been trying to eat mostly liquids since I really don't want to be backed up. Along with the medication I was prescribed I'm taking a stool softener 3 times a day and a laxative once a day.

Do you feel you should have went a little bigger? I'm scheduled for my ba on March 24 getting 400cc. I haven't talked to the doc about profile I have pre op tomorrow. I hope you are feeling good today.

After reading all of these reviews I was beginning to doubt my decision but I think any bigger would have caused a harder recovery (and I have been truly blessed with a fantastic recovery so far)and I felt so confident with the size when I used the dozers in the office. I was mostly psyching myself out because I was seeing ladies with 425-500cc that looked the way I wanted mine to look. But now that I have them I think about the fact that they are still going to drop and fluff and I think bigger would have been too much. My idea going in was I want big boobies so that I can go bra-less but also be able to dress conservatively and not always have them popping out. I'm so glad I got moderate profile though! I like the fuller look and side boob look versus the projected big look. But that is just personal preference

Sizers. Not dozers

Thank you for that. I am going to my pre op tomorrow and I'm so excited but nervous. I am scared that I was settling but the doc said 400cc would look good. I'm glad your recovery is going good.
March 9, 2016
I was really nervous about not going big enough too, but both my doctor and his nurse practitioner were very confident in 400cc. Good luck with your surgery!

Tubes

jurianavictory
My doctor uses tubes and I have had no issues with mine. You measure the drainage every twelve hours and it was extremely simple! Don't mind my bloated belly in the picture(I think I posted in the previous posts, but I'm taking both a laxative and stool softener!)

So you suggest both laxative and stool softener? Did you eat the day before surgery? I had a half of a hysterectomy last year and the day after I was crying because I hurt and couldn't go to the bathroom. Nobody told me to get stool softener.
March 9, 2016
My surgeon suggests in his surgery packet to start taking a stool softener two days prior to surgery and then while you're taking the pain meds take both the stool softener and a laxative. I ate as much as I could tell day before, but my nerves made it hard to eat. I haven't had any belly aches, definitely feel bloated but not a painful bloat.

Thank you so much for posting a picture with the tubes. Gives me a better idea of how they look and how they are to be handled! I appreciate that very much. you have eased my mind on that topic. So many others to worry about now. Lol. They remove them usually at the first post op from what I understand so glad they aren't in for very long.
March 9, 2016
I'm so happy I could help! They really aren't bad at all! I have my post op tomorrow and I can't wait to get them out so I can shower! Please don't hesitate to ask! You'll love them! I already do and they're still so deformed! lol.

Thank you for all your updates. I will be heading in for my upgrade by Dr. Kramer on the 30th... Pre-op on the 16th, it's coming so fast and I need to make a decision on the size. I think I want 400's high profile but not sure with my amount of activity and my short small stature. I'm told I'm a B cup :(
Thanks again for all your updates. I would like to continue to hear how your progress is coming along.
March 9, 2016
Im also pretty short and am very active. I opted for moderate plus because I liked the more Natural wider look versus the projection. I suggest you look at the moderate plus just to see how it looks:) I also started off with a b cup, but I I only ever wore push up bras and I'm not sure if that made a difference in sizing. Ill definitely post more pictures to track my progress! :)
