I was cleared last week to resume normal activities! I was so relieved and excited to get back into the gym that first week was rough though. I am used to going heavy and hard during my workouts and I wasn't going slow enough for my body. I got sore after the first two days(my breasts) and I eased up after that. Overall my breasts are absolutely amazing! I love the way they look on my body... I still wonder some days if I Should have gone bigger but when I see pictures I realize I proportionate they are! I scars are healing up nicely as well! I am still a 36D. I am having a hard time finding clothes I like, but that's because I'm not where I want to be as far as fat loss, so we'll see if that gets easier in a couple months!

I had surgery exactly two weeks ago and I've been having a great couple of weeks. I have an office job and do get a little sore at the end of the day filing paperwork and scanning, but overall i am truly loving my boobs. I went into VS to get sized and they sized me at a 36D which is exactly what I wanted. I tried some on there and then also got a vanity fair brand bra that was also a 36d that fit great. My PS doesn't like to start the massages until 2 weeks POST OP (I have my appointment tomorrow and will hopefully get to go to change bras and start massages) I'm getting the shooting pains from the sensory nerves regenerating which is pretty uncomfortable, but since I can't do any massages I cope by just grabbing my boobs and squeezing gently. One boob (right) seems to be dropping and fluffing a little faster than the other but it's not very noticeable. I'm very excited for my 2 week post op and I'll be sure to update.

Today I went in for my first post op appointment. It was great! I got my tubes out and Kimmie made me feel so comfortable. I was unsure of the look of my boobs and she reassured me that they still needed to settle and fill out. I have to be careful to not get the tape wet when I shower for the next two weeks but as soon as I got home I took advantage of being able to shower! Im supposed to wear an ace band for the next two weeks and call her if I feel like they're staying where there supposed to stay. She said I had very minimal swelling and that they are just very pressed in there right now! I can't wait for them to drop! I wish it happened overnight but of course it doesn't. I'll add some pictures of my tube holes, my incision and my boobies before I hopped in the shower.
