Consultations done and surgery booked!

I have a very mild form of Poland’s syndrome that causes my breast to be uneven due to less muscle formation in left breast, less usage on left side (I’m a righty) wayyy more noticeable in the 2nd pic right after breast feeding my daughter for 1 year. (5 years ago)
Left breast size 32B, right 32C.
I’ve been insecure about my breasts forever!
I literally wear a Victoria secret bombshell everyday to help keep the appearance of symmetry, can’t wait to never wear one again!
My first consult the surgeon wanted to do a lift and lipo on larger breast, I’m hoping my current surgeon will be able to give me the look I’m wanting by using 2 sized implants. 450 and 500. Wanting to be a very full DD. I’m 5 ft 120 pounds.
Going with Dr Alan Dulin in Plano Texas! He was very knowledgeable, very friendly went right in and measured gave me his insight, zero awkwardness, I appreciated his time and from what I gathered he does reconstructive work and I value the surgery center and feel and of the 3 doctors would have kept me happy, however Dr.Dulin and his staff Cecilia really won me over, and I’m excited to see the results. I booked the surgery for one more month AUGUST 8th ????
