Post Op day 3 - pain is getting much better! Boobs look like squares and torpedos

Today I am post op day 3 and feeling better every day. My surgery was on Monday at 12 and the rest of the afternoon was pretty much a blur. I do remember being in a LOT of pain. I have a pretty high pain tolerance so I was not expecting it to be that bad. I have such a small frame and workout pretty regular, so I suppose my chest muscles were pretty tight. Plus, he had to loosen my chest muscles to allow for a better cleavage. Post op day 1 was much better with scheduled Percocet and Robaxin. Day 2 I just stuck with Robaxin and only took the Percocet twice. And today (post op day 3) I’ve only had 2 Robaxin and zero Percocet. I did take Tylenol extra strength around lunchtime. I finally got to take my band off and shower which was amazing!! And now I’m in my surgical bra. I am walking around and able to do most things by myself now. I’ll try and keep updating along the way. This website was soooo helpful for me. Seeing them for the first time today was really weird. I hope the swelling goes down a bit because I was really hoping for smaller/natural (around 255cc) implants and ended up getting 270cc in my right and 305cc in my left due to my ribs being more pronounced on one side. They are quite square and even torpedo like which I’m telling myself is normal and will look more natural in a few weeks/months.

270/305cc Mentor Memory Shape Anatomical Implants, MP+ Under the Muscle

I have always had smaller boobs and I have always wanted breast augmentation since freshman year of college. In college I ended up gaining about 30 pounds which gave my breasts a fullness/roundness for the first time ever. In graduate school I started working out and eating healthy and the first thing to go was my breast tissue. I don’t mind the shape of my breasts, they were just very empty after losing weight. I’ve been thinking about breast augmentation surgery for over 10 years, and now I’m financially in a spot where I could finally make that happen. I wanted something moderate (255-275cc) to look as natural as possible. I wasn’t looking for a huge change, I just wanted to fill out my clothes a little better. I’ll upload before pics and make a separate post about the actual operation itself.
