Back to life as usual, less crunches and sit ups. Returned to hot yoga no problem. Worked out with my trainer and did a lot of core work, no problem. I still wear my waist cincher almost all the time and definitely when I exercise. So pleased with my results :)

I've been keeping my incision covered all the time using a combo of several things. First I apply a thin coat of Scar Guard. Once it dries, I apply a thin strip of ScarAway silicone scar pads- I cut them very thin to conserve product and all my tape to cover it. Lastly, I cover it all with Nexcare paper tape. I'm finding the tape lasts about 5-7 day before it begins to lift. I can tell my scar has already begun to sit flatter. I've also been wearing the MiracleSuit 2615 in a small. I don't think they make smalls anymore but I recently found and bought one in "nude" color on Amazon. Pic is included!

I've been unbelievably pleased with my decision to have Dr. Quigley do my TT with muscle repair and flank lipo surgeries. She has a very good reputation and lives up to it 100 percent. I waited no more than five minutes on my initial consultation. She fully explained the procedure and answered all questions thoroughly. I felt completely comfortable with her and her staff. There have been absolutely no surprises with my surgery and my expectations were met completely. She explained in my consultation that my main issue was the diastasis recti and that I did not have a lot of loose skin to remove. Therefore, my original belly button would not be completely removed, but would appear as a vertical scar between my new belly button and my incision line. I was prepared for that and the placement of the original belly button scar was exactly where I expected it to be. The horizontal incision line is nice and low where my c-section scar was originally located. The incision line is exactly where she drew it pre-op. She called to check on me the night of my surgery, the next day, and two days afterward. I called her office with a question four days post-op and received a return call from her nurse within an hour and was even given the option to speak to Dr. Quigley during that phone call. I found that both she and her staff were easily available. I am very particular about my body and questioned whether or not this procedure was necessary. Now that I've seen the initial results, I'm so pleased with my decision to choose Dr. Quigley as my plastic surgeon for this surgery!
