Back to life as usual, less crunches and sit ups. Returned to hot yoga no problem. Worked out with my trainer and did a lot of core work, no problem. I still wear my waist cincher almost all the time and definitely when I exercise. So pleased with my results :)

Incision Pic at 4 weeks PO
I've been keeping my incision covered all the time using a combo of several things. First I apply a thin coat of Scar Guard. Once it dries, I apply a thin strip of ScarAway silicone scar pads- I cut them very thin to conserve product and all my tape to cover it. Lastly, I cover it all with Nexcare paper tape. I'm finding the tape lasts about 5-7 day before it begins to lift. I can tell my scar has already begun to sit flatter. I've also been wearing the MiracleSuit 2615 in a small. I don't think they make smalls anymore but I recently found and bought one in "nude" color on Amazon. Pic is included!

Thank you!! I read so many different reviews on scar treatments, so when I went on Amazon, I bought almost everything. That's why I'm using so much. Haha! Honestly, I think just applying a thin layer of Vaseline to the incision and covering it with the tape would be sufficient. That's my plan when all this extra stuff runs out

Your results are absolutely fabulous! How is your vertical scar healing? I can't wait for mine to fade away :-(

Thank you! I'm so incredibly pleased with how everything turned out. I was keeping my scar covered with sensitive paper tape all the time, however I noticed some redness creeping out from under the tape so I removed it. I guess my skin was sensitive to the adhesive. Now I'm covering the scar twice daily with hydrocortisone cream and I only have the raised parts covered with tape. The incision line itself is still red but each week it looks better!

Thank you! Your turn is very soon!!! How are you feeling? I can assure you for every ounce of pain (both physically and mentally) you experience post-op, you'll find its worth every last bit of it. Just keep your focus on getting to the two week mark. That's the turning point! Best of luck to you :)

Thanks! I've been wearing my waist cincher 12+ hours a day to "form" the flank lipo. I really think it has helped! My binder at night feels so darn loose after wearing that waist cincher. Did you post you had a Squeem? If so, what do you think about it?
