40th Birthday Present to Myself! Mommy of 3 C Sections - Memphis, TN

It’s been 5 years since my TT. I’ve gained 20lbs since then. Not very active like I should but guess what???? I still look amazing! I’m still happy and I tell everyone that can afford it, do it! It was the best birthday gift I could have given myself. Going next month for some lipo in inner thighs and touch up a few areas.

I got my drains out Monday! Its been one week! Very happy with my results! No pain meds, little discomfort, still a little swollen. My only complaint is wearing this spanx 24 hours. I just took it off for a breather. I love my results already. My doctor, Dr. Quigley is the best! She assured me that I would only go down more because I still have a lot of swelling. I went to work today, yep 1 week later only for a few hours. Went to Marshalls and treated myself to Red Lobster on yesterday for lunch. I'm taking it easy tho, I can tell when I'm doing too much, my stomach gets tight. I can hardly eat anything and be full as a tick! Also lost 8lbs from surgery woo hoo! That put me almost at where I should be on the scale. Good protein diet should get me there! This has been the best gift to myself ever! I can't wait to look at my gift to myself when I put on that bikini and stand on the rocks near the waterfall in Hawaii for my 40th bday in September! (My final gift to myself). I'm learning how to take care of me first!!! More pics to come as my healing progress!

Surgery went well. I was put to sleep and when I woke up it was over. I haven't been in a lot of pain. I've only taken 2 pain pills. No problems at all. Just a little uncomfortable. I still have my drains and will probably get them out on Monday. Dr. Quigley was awesome, she really did a good job and has called me twice to check on me since Monday. My body looks awesome even with the swelling. I can only imagine what it will be like in a week or two. I will keep you updated. I'm too sore to take a lot of pics now.
