I've been thinking about implants since I graduated from college, but for the last year I have been relentless about it. It finally paid off and my husband agreed!! I currently weigh about 125, but my weight has fluctuated non stop since college anywhere between 110 and 140. All of this yo-yo dieting has really taken a toll of my breasts. All of the tissue has sunk to the bottom and I have zero upper pole fullness. In a push up bra they look nice, so a lot of my close friends are really shocked that I am doing this. However, my PS telling me I need a lift in addition to the implants confirmed my suspicion that my girls weren't sitting quite where they should be!
I am currently a 34B and I am going with 375/400CC (offset some asymmetry) high profile silicone implants under the muscle. I am worried that they won't be big enough, I would really like to be a full D. But my PS said anything more will make me look "matronly." For my lift, she is going to decide on the table between a lollipop lift and a periareolar lift. I would really prefer to not have the lollipop scars, but she told me that the periareolar can sometimes lead to a stretched look if the skin is pulled to tightly.
I am very excited right now, and to this point I haven't had any feelings of nervousness or regret. I am hoping it stays that way. I've had all of my pre-op appointments, blood work, etc. Now it's just time to wait....

I am so excited/anxious, I just really want to be at the hospital right now, ready to go! I have all of my supplies, I think I just need to stock up on some magazines and download a few movies for my recovery.
* All of my prescriptions are filled and on my night stand
* I bought Thera pearls and some regular ice packs
* I stocked up on some super sexy (jk) recover bras
* I bought a lounging pillow to help keep me sleeping on my back
What else am I missing? Any advice would be appreciated.
