2 year update...550 hp silicone unders

I know it's been a long time since my BA.I just wanted to give a update.I am currently 138 pounds and wearing a size 34D.I am still happy I went with the larger implant,my dr originally tried talking me in to going with 450-500.They are completely settled at this point and look and feel natural and perky still.I have no regrets!

Today is my 1 week post op!I had my first doctors...
Today is my 1 week post op!I had my first doctors visit yesterday.I knew i was having some unnecessary pain and i figured out why!My doctor took my tape off and my stitches out(hurt like a MFer) and to no surprise my left side is infected.I was told to wear Neosporin and keep it covered during the day.If it doesnt get better i will need antibiotics.I told her i was missing sleep bc i always sleep on my side and i cant now.If i lay on one side my breasts fall to the other side and it pulls on my stitches.She told me to make sure i keep my shoulders back and check my posture bc this will help the implants to drop.Do not wear a bra for 3 weeks bc i dont want anything pushing them up.Massage as often as i can remember(3 times a day) and check back in 3 weeks.She said they look good other tahn the infection.She told me she had to run a stich up the side if my breast on the inside bc my implants kept going under my arms.I am feeling pretty good during the day now,no pain pills during the day since day 2!I only take one at night to help me fall asleep.Im still very pleased with my size.I look like the size i was before wearing a padded bra,only im not wearing one!!No one has looked at my breast or asked my if ive done something?i even went to the gym today and did leg press,inner/outer hip abductors,donkey kicks,worked my hamstring and quads quite a bit on machines,and walked on an incline on the treadmill!i wore a bra tank and a zip up jacket.I looked like i always do,so for that i am thankful.

I've been taking antibiotics since day 1 to prevent infection and haven't had any problems. Did your doc give u a script for antibiotics before your surgery? I hope so

I'm not sure?its been bothering me since day 2!i thought it was hurt bc I carry my daughter on my left side and maybe I had pulled on my stitches?my doctor said "it happens"

No,she did tell me to call in 3 days if its not better.She will call me in some then.i wish she would have!

Hey there .. I had an issue with my one incision not healing so well and my doc put me in antibiotics immediately. I'm curious why he didn't put on them from the get go like a of women in here. Good luck! They look beautiful!!

I have to take an antibiotic every 6 or 8 hrs. Prob the worst tasting med I have to take. Hope your doing better. You always seem so positive. I love that!

Thank you!ive had it for a very long time,maybe 6-7 years.it is "Pamela Anderson" brand.i don't think she does lingerie anymore?I do have some similar sets from Fredrick's!

they look great! I just had mine done almost 2 weeks ago (4/24), but Saline & nowhere near 'myself' yet. did you have any nerve issues? mine are SUPER sensitive all around. :(

Thank you!i had saline before!I am healing better this time bc they didn't have to do as much bc I already had space for my new ones.I remember mine being very sensitive before.They are pretty sensitive now,like if I get cold they hurt so bad!If I bed over and they are just hanging,or sneeze,so yes!lol they are still sore,but It does take a while to recover from a major surgery!its hard physically and mentally.Its hard to prepare for a BA bc u feel like you go in and have pain but its all worth it bc u get boobs!Its not easy.Have you had a post op with your dr and expressed your concerns?

It has been 2 weeks and 1 day for me and i have been feeling super sensitive!I wonder if its bc the numbing sensation is fading.I wasnt feeling very sensitive at all until a few days ago,so i feel your pain.If i am wearing anything at all it rubs me and makes me so uncomfortable.I have been walking around shirtless for days!lol i hope you are feeling better!!Do you still have super sensitivity?

Day 4 post op:I am feeling really tight today and...
Day 4 post op:I am feeling really tight today and also very high.My implants feel very tight,as does my chest.I feel like my chest is going to bust open as if i were wearing a button down top,but instead its my skin.I have been massaging with coconut oil and arnica gel(alternating),just to get some sort of relief.I find this a little surprising,as i had extra skin due to breastfeeding twice and a prior BA.I was off my pain meds after the second night home and i took 1/2 of one just to get some rest last night.I woke up with a little blood on my shirt from my stitches.My PS asked me not to wear a bra until my post op(its thursday).I have never heard of anyone else not having to wear a bra.She told me it would aggravate my incisions(under my breast).I wonder if this is also bc i complained of my breast being too high,I really like the look of naturally hanging breast.She told me i am short through the upper part of my chest and my stomach is just very long.I guess thats great for women who want the high look.She said having low hanging breasts just isnt in the cards for me,as she can not change that about me?She can only make my pocket so low.Other than the high and tight feeling i am really happy with the size!I really think they fit my frame quite nice,and to think i was worried!I only went up 190cc,and every 200cc is a cup sz.I had to rig up a 32d bra before and i am still fitting those only i really fill them out!!I might even need to go up to a 34 once they drop and FLUFF(i cant say that with a straight face).I hope that my breasts migrate closer together as they drop and soften up a bit.I have noticed a little bounce when im walking.I thought i would be so excited about this,but right now it hurts like a [RS bleep].Overall its been a good experience,not nearly as painful as my first BA and much bettter results.I am looking forward to heeling and shopping for sexy little things!Yeay boobies

I'm 5'8 and have BW of 13.5. Any idea of what yours was. I'm looking around 500cc mod plus so I can get a cleavage. Let me know if you remember, and by the way..you look fantastic.Hope mine look as good one day :)

I got my implants don't in the crease. My doctor had me taped up for 6 days no shower just a sponge wash up. So I didn't get to wear a bra until day 6. From reading this site and talking to ladies every doctor has the own way of doing things. Good luck.

Thank you,ive had that bra for several years!It is pamela anderson brand,i dont even think she does lingerie anymore.They have lots of cute stuff like that at fredericks though!

you know,in the pictures my new implants look like the previous only larger.My saline were much harder than the silicone.The silicone feel much softer and they are only 4 days old.I didnt have alot of breast tissue to begin with.I was really hoping for a more natural look this time,but i have come to the conclusion that i am so lean that its just not going to happen?This is one moment in time i wish i had just some curves!lol,i know you understand!I am really hoping that these drop more bc they are heavier than the previous ones.Im keeping my fingers crossed.Although,i do have to say these look so good in clothes!

oh and another thing,if you decide to get a BA dont play around!You are a tall woman and we really can handle more ccs than the other gals on here!I made the mistake of going modest my first time,turns out i went modest again.Just more suitable this time!lol

The lady that has sized me each time keeps trying to get me to go with the 450cc but I am pretty set on the 550cc.
She keeps telling me I will look matron and freaking me out by telling me all of the stuff that can go wrong with a big implant.
It isn't the surgeon that's has said any of this. He hasn't been the one sizing me at all. She keeps telling me that my breast tissue will thin out and I will be able to see the implant over time.
I am 5"1 135 lbs.
I think they will look great and I really want them BIG
I have a friend that has 550cc and hers looks amazing.
The lady sizing me keeps trying to get me to go with 450cc but I know I will get out of surgery and not like them that small.
I don't know why she is trying to freak me out of getting the size I want.
I need opinions....
I really want to stick with the 550cc
I am currently a 32b
She is also telling me if I go with that size I will end up being a Double G and Victoria secret doesn't make bras for the size I want so I'll have to wear granny bras.... how true is this.
