I am 27 years old 5'9 130 pounds.I have a 2 and 4 year old,I nursed both.I had my first BA in 2005 and went with a 360cc saline which gave me a 34c.I lost volume with nursing and now have my next BA on the 26th of april.8 days from now.My doctor recommended 500-550cc high profile or moderate plus silicone gummy bear implants.I am nervous of them being too big!I want a natural look,but i dont want to have to wear a super padded bra anymore.I got my previous implants through my underarms and they have always been fuller on top than on bottom,like they never dropped.I am going through my nipple now.If anyone has advice on what size i should go with i would really appreciate it!!

yours look really good!I was so much higher and they took so long to drop.My implants were literally right under my collar bones for 3 months.You look like you are doing great and it takes time.i undertsand your wanting to consider going larger though.I was young and didnt do enough research.Just based my decision off what my doctor thought i should go with.I was also skinnier with a 32b then.The more i read i feel like i should go with the 550,but im not sure if i will go with moderate plus or HP?

Hi! I'm also have same thoughts. I might be getting my boobies end of May. First appointment I tried on sizers under crop top and the 500cc lokked good on me too. I'm 5'6 and wide chest..athletic as I used to be a dancer and have BW of 13.5. Doc said 500cc would look good in mod plus on me so I get a better cleavage.I'd like them close instead of the big gap he said I'd end up with if I went HP. Should give me a full D...is that what you're after?

yes,i am aiming for a small d!I have a gap now and i hate it!I actually dont like anything about my current breast implants.I cant decide between modplus or hp for that reason.I am narrow but want my breasts closer together,not a big gap.I dont want my bra to come off and they fly apart lol.i also dont want them to be spilling out of the sidfe of my bra and pushing up under my arms

You look great, but if you want to be bigger... go for it! I trusted my doctor & love my 550s. I'm an inch shorter than you & weigh the same. I don't feel like I look too big. As long as you trust your PS, you're good to go!

I got moderate profile. It's hard to explain my size before... I was a saggy B cup on my left side and a small A cup on my right. Technically, I got 550 in my right & 400 in my left, but they're pretty much even now - so they're basically both 550 in my head :). I'm only 6 weeks out, but I love how they look!

I'm a couple inches shorter than you (5'6") and about 125lbs and I went with 492cc and I absolutely love them but I would in a heartbeat go up to the next size if I could. I have mid range profile but PS chose the profile based on the looks I showed him I was going for. Good look! Looking forward to see what you end up choosing!

yours look great!You are very athletic,so they fit your body.Thats what im looking for.With my height and build when i wear clothes(especially gym clothes)They look so small because they are always in a sports bra.I have to wear those padded champion sports bras to look like i have a little shape.I am leaning more towards the 550 now and possibly the hp.I just hope im making the right decision!I do not want to look like i have huge fake books that stick striaght out.I want them to look like joanna krupa's(dont we all)lol

We have similar stats I'm 5'9 133 Ibs and my PS recommended 500-550 cc high profile silicone... I'm scheduled for tomorrow so I'm hoping to get a nice D out of it.. I'm not done having kids and don't want to be a DD.. Everyone wishes they went bigger! Good luck!

Hi~ I am 5'9 and 130-33lbs and a 36C w/ 400cc saline to replace 10y later. I want to be a 36D w/ mod profile or high p. silicone without looking like a plastic Barbie with plastic rounded out breasts. What happened w/ you F.Mom? And healing time, how you feel etc etc NO more babies for me and late 30's. Good skin here, no stretch marks thankfully post x1 baby. Help, what's diff between H.P. and Mod Profile choices in thin women anyone?

Thank you for sharing your story on RealSelf. Have you shown your PS some photos of your desired results? This might help you feel like your PS knows what you want...and don't want! Will the same surgeon from 2005 be doing your surgery? Good luck and keep us posted!

I really love the community here on realself.I feel much more confident with my decision after reading so much and getting good advice.I did go to my doctor,she gave me options and left me to make the final decision.I am not going with the same doctor this time.My current ps recommended 500cc or 550cc moderate plus or high profile.She was able to come to this conclusion by measuring and based off my current size and desired results.I have just been feeling unsure.

Tomorrow is my BA and i cant wait to get there and be done with it already!I was really looking forward to going through my nipple,but the bag is prefilled and i have small nipples.I dont think they will be able to fit 550cc unless they go through under my breast.Im not totally against it,i just dont want another visible scar.I had my last BA done through my underarms and im so self conscious of it that i never raise my arms if i know they might show.im worried that in my most intimate moment they will be staring my husband in the face.lol not that he is looking for scars.I am really happy i found this community of women.Its such a safe easy place to vent and no one judges you!I cant wait to post pictures.My surgery is tomorrow,i go in at 11:30 and start at 1:30.I will be ready to chew my arm off by then ill be so hungry.

I can see your dilemna, maybe mod plus will give you what your after? For me I think I'm willing to put up with a bit of side boob if it means they're closer at the middle lol x

I agree with you there!I talked to my dr. again just to check in and she reminded me of how narrow my chest is.She is worried that i might be spilling out of the sides if i go with mod plus.

Hi Sally, you do have to go alot bigger the second time around (to keep that taut look), however for some reason that doesn't mean they will be WAY bigger than what you had before. I have friends on their 2nd jobs and even though a lot of them went from 350 cc to 550, it really doesnt look much different to me! (Maybe the first implant creates a concave in your chest cavity or something.) Anyway, at 5'9 550 won't look super large on you and will actually put you in the range you are looking to be in. So I am about 4 hours post op and I feel pretty good.My sternum is really sore right now,it hurts to breathe.I was givin hydro codeine and medicine for nausea.I went with the 550cc hp silicone implants through the bottom of my breast.I had to go that way bc a the gummy bear implants are pre filled.There was no way she was getting that through my nipple.I had to put my insecurities about The scarring behind me.I am so glad i went with 550 instead of 500 bc they do not look too big at all!I did not want big boobs bc I am athletic build and very narrow.My body is built like Gweneth Paltrow,but I wanted full breasts like Austin's partridge.i will keep everyone updated with pictures.Thank you for being so supportive and nonjudgemental!
