Dose increased to 50mg beginning month 3

I was an 40mg for two months and the oiliness decreased significantly. It is absolutely fabulous not having to blot my skin several times daily.

My breakouts have definitely decreased, but haven't stopped completely. The MD increased my dose to 50mg and I can definitely tell a difference. My skin is dryer almost to the point of stinging. My arms have red marks... Pic included.

It's still worth it. My oily skin was so annoying. I've learned that it's better to leave breakouts alone... If I pick, the wound lasts a lot longer.

Sunscreen is a must. I went to my boys soccer games and got sunburnt, which wouldn't have happened before Accutane. Still going strong!

Almost one month since Accutane start

The painful bumps are going away. Now the texture of my skin is rough with little bumps all over. If I scratch them, it's like a plug of sebum comes out of it. Gross! My face is definitely less oily. I love that part of it. I go back to the doctor Monday and I hope he increases my dose.

Still breaking out

Currently, I look like Rudolph. Huge painful bumps on my nose, mouth, and chin.
