i went to doctor gallerani a few months back to have prior silicone removed from my buttock area. i was fortunate enough to not have any discolorization or redness but i did know i was doing damage to my body and i was starting to have inflammation and felt the uncomfortable when sitting long periods of time. I had months of search and reviews if i were to do the surgery again with my eyes closed i would choose dr gallerani him and his staff are very proffesional. please remmber like he says you need all the tissue removed dont go to these phony people with laser that doesnt work you need everything taken out . yes i have a scar but with time it will minimize and the surgery was in a hospital and a controlled enviornment. the money is worth it when it comes to your health. his wife maryann will answer any questions or concerns if the doctor is unavailable. im not been paid for this , this is my personal experience and im glad i could help anyone out there also going through the same problem.

Hi Hun, thank you for your review and photos. I have a consultation this week with Dr.Mir in NY for my removal. No health issues thus far, just breaking out with these red blemishes from my body rejecting the material. How long ago did u get the removal done? And are you going to considering getting reconstructive work done?

You look great. I don't have discoloration but I have an unbearable pain in one butt cheek and I touch it and it's a hard lump. I am soo scared of everything especially infections. What do I do? And my husband does not know I had the shots over 15 years ago

Omg, I recommend you tell him. This is going to be a long process. You will need his support. It's better to be open and honest now then waiting until it's too late. I couldn't go through this journey without my fiancé support. You will feel relieved after you tell. @16lotus

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I am planning on doing the same thing you did because I already have some discoloration and I just want to be healthy. Unfortunately when I did it, I couldn't find any negative information on the internet and that is why it's so valuable that someone like you did this review. I have one question for you, How long did you have to stay home resting, how many weeks?

She went to doc gallerani in Miami. There’s doc mir he goes to LA some times and Doc katzan in L.A.....few amazing doctors that are 1/2 ‘this price I Colombia.
