49 Year Old, 100 Lb Weight Loss and Severe Venous Reflux Disease. - Melbourne, FL

I have had severe venous reflux disease for many years and have had to have about six different surgeries. The doctor said that my "apron" was putting pressure on the veins I my legs. While I still want to lose more weight, the problem with my veins was preventing me from getting the exercise that I need. It was going to be very difficult for me to have the panniculectomy without help from my insurance and Dr. Oppenheimer. This is not an easy procedure. It is quite intensive. Dr. O and his team are terrific! They were very understanding and concerned with my well being and getting the best results. They have taken amazing care to address my concerns and any issues I have had post surgery.
While I am not a fan of having surgery and I did not do any of this for vanity, my results so far are wonderful. The scar is light and healing well. If I ever need to have any other plastic surgery done, I will absolutely go the Dr. Oppenheimer.
