I've just started my research for my second surgery, I am currently 655cc silicone and aiming for BIG!
I don't know if I will be satisfied with the size after my second surgery, so I have been researching the size jumps with other ladies who have had multiple surgeries. Aiming for 1500cc, as I have seen other before/afters that started off smaller and went to that size. I am adamant about having silicone because it feels better, I prefer the way it looks when healed, and I do not have enough tissue on the sides of my breasts so would have rippling with saline implants.
My first surgery was with Dr. Pousti, I am sad that I can't go back there for my second one but the US law prohibits silicone implants over 800cc so I have had to look in other countries.
There were two main European companies that are still making XL silicone implants, one in Germany and a French one called Sebbin. I read some really good things about Sebbin but couldn't find any Doctors or surgery centres in Europe that had any reviews or information.
Many, many google searches later leas me to find that the UK doesn't have a restriction on silicone implants size, so I started to search for suitable clinics and surgeons there.
The two that popped up a lot were Dr. Plovier and Dr Singh. It was hard to find which clinics they both worked at! Sent lots of email enquiries, the lovely lady at BeClinic in Brussels, Belgium got back to me the morning after I sent my email.
She confirmed that Dr frank Plovier would be able to perform the surgery I wanted with the custom implant size. They use 3 brands of implants: Allergan/Natrelle-Mentor/Motiva.
Will update this post the more information I find, thought it would be a good idea to start now because I am having a really hard time finding information about women who have similar goals to me or from doctors who do XL silicone implants.
