I always wanted a bigger more fuller looking...
I always wanted a bigger more fuller looking chest, I have always been a 10B and was never happy with them. I have quite a small frame and didn’t want to change my body to much or have people notice I had breast surgery (unless they knew me) so I opted for a 275 moderate plus implant which gave me a more natural/conservative look. I can still fit into the same clothes I did before my surgery which is what I wanted I just have a much fuller chest.
I had two consolations before my actual surgery and I am very glad I did. After the first consultation when the photos were taken I was a bit unsure and just overwhelmed with the whole thing, I went back and thought about what I wanted and spoke to friends who also had surgery and then went back and spoke to my surgeon about it and decided on a smaller different shaped implant. I highly recommend talking to as many people as you can and looking at photos talking to your surgeon and making sure you are comfortable with the decision. I definitely was.
I am only 3 weeks post-surgery and I don’t have any photos yet but when I take some I will upload them.

My surgeon was amazing. He always make me feel comfortable and was very helpful and understanding of all my worries and concerns about the surgery.
