I am one week away from surgery and I am starting...
I am one week away from surgery and I am starting to freak out! I know this is what I really want but at the same time I am also terrified I wont like how it turns out and then there is no going back. Like everyone else on here I have been unhappy with my nose since pre-teen age. I am just ready to have a nose that I feel fits my face better and one that I don't have to be self conscious about. I have always been told I am a pretty girl and no one has ever really made fun of me for my nose but it has always bothered me. Im sick of always having to pose from one side in pictures and always being careful no one captures my "bad side"

How to prepare
Hey everyone I was just wandering if anyone has some tips or different ways that they prepared for surgery that was helpful. I've heard arnica is suppose to help with bruising has anyone used it? I know a low sodium diet is important and I've read pineapple juice helps too. I am trying to be as prepared as I can be and hopefully prevent some of the bruising and swelling!!

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Pontell! I'm so glad I chose to him for my surgery he did exactly what I wanted and envisioned! I never once had to wait over 5 minutes at his office for him to see me. I am so happy with my results he really is a great surgeon! He called me the day I had my surgery to make sure I was doing okay and also saw me two days after to clean out my nose and to check everything! I highly recommend him.
