A Sound Investment in Personal Satisfaction and a Very Good Experience. Medford, OR

Several years ago, my mother had a rhytidectomy & blepharoplasty done by Dr Jensen and staff. The results were fantastic and natural looking; she had nothing but good things to say about her experience with Dr Jensen’s practice. So, naturally, when I decided that I was ready for breast augmentation, Dr Jensen was an obvious choice. Always one to do my due diligence, I consulted with every other cosmetic surgeon in our area first. Dr Jensen was my last interview and, I felt, the best fit for my needs. Dr Jensen is a quiet, unassuming man - a sharp contrast to some of the megalomaniac cosmetic surgeons that I consulted with prior. He listened, shared his opinions based on experience and had a fantastic rapport with his staff. In fact, in my many interactions with the staff at Dr Jensen’s practice, they all seem to adore him. How staff feels about their employer speaks volumes as to that individual’s character.
Dr Jensen leans towards a natural look and has an artist’s eye; two very important considerations for me in choosing my surgeon.
My overall experience was not what I expected a breast augmentation to be; it was fun. Everyone went above and make to make an otherwise awkward experience completely comfortable. If it wasn’t for unavoidable discomfort post-surgery, I would liken the experience to that of a spa day.
Dr Jensen and his nurse makes themselves available via cell phone 24 hours a day to their surgery patients. This, in and of itself, provided great soundness of mind.
As far as the breasts go - they’re two weeks post-op at this point so they still have a ways to drop. But, overall, I am extremely satisfied with the results. Dare I say, “I love them”?!
A note on the logistics - I’ve always had small breasts, but after extended breastfeeding my two children there was virtually nothing left to them. I am tall, with an athletic build and have broad shoulders. I opted for 485cc silicone, sub muscular implants. They balance my body well, but they are not attention-grabbers.
95% of my discomfort post-surgery was associated more with pressure than with acute pain. My incision sites are still sensitive, but less so every day. The care team made every possible comfort available to me and post-opt meds were well rounded.
The breasts are already visibly dropping, though they still have a bit to go.
I am very pleased with the entire process from consultation through procedure, to followup care. I would recommend Dr Jensen and his practice to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-executed cosmetic procedure with excellent care.
