your before nose looks similar to mine (i had surgery june 2013). dr boahene is a good doctor but i feel like he does a better job at creating a beautiful profile and natural result, than a less bulbous/wide tip. in all, i'm happy with my result because i'd rather have a bulbous tip than a deformed nose and breathing problems. i have to tell you that your nose will widen a little bit more after the first three months, so it won't look as pinched as it looks now.

Dr. Boahene performed my septorhinoplasty on May 9, 2014. Well, am I pleased? I am not only pleased, I am ecstatic!! I had several consultations with several surgeons throughout the Washington,DC Metropolitan area and was immediately sold not only upon his knowledge, but his bedside mannerism is just above and beyond the expectations. This gentleman is truly a subject-matter expert within this arena.

my nose was a bit similar to yours, but i asked for subtle change which i now regret. i would like to see how your surgery turns out. are you having open or closed rhinoplasty?
