Hello,
I’ve been wanting breast plants my entire life but wanted to wait until I had kids and I’m glad I waited. When your pregnant and nursing it really takes a toll on them. My last child favored the right boob and that’s why it sags more than the left.
I decided on the Ideal Saline implant because if it breaks it’s just salt water whereas the silicon that would be dangerous in my opinion because who knows how that affects the body long term. Plus, w silicone you must get MRI’s every two years because of silent ruptures. It feels very natural and I was told they feel like silicone once it’s under the muscle.
I had a lollipop lift and 370 cc’s. I won’t’ find out until Thursday if one had CC’s as one of my boobs was bigger than the other. I wanted to be a full C cup. I’ve been told if you go to big they get in the way of various activities. My friend is a D cup and says they get in the way of her golfing; harder to swing so keep that in mind.
I love them so far only day two. Their hard right now and sore. They still need to drop.
Day one (yesterday) I pretty much slept all day and night although I felt great after a long nap and downed some spaghetti as I hadn’t eaten all day.
Today I feel great w the meds. Yes, their sore but not as bad as I thought they would be. Personally, I found the extreme nausea I had from the anesthesia the worst. The pain feels like you’ve been working out all day with bench presses over your chest, that type of soreness. Today I went to a birthday party for one of the kid’s friends and I had my husband lift my children out of the car seats so I didn’t have to. The first 3 days you will absolutely need help lifting. I’ll probably chill tomorrow since it’s Sunday and take it easy. I’ll update w photos as time goes by.

Day 1 I was nauseous. Day 2 I was very sore. On day 1 for me personally,the nausea was more painful then the surgery.

Day 3 the nausea kicked back in, I
I was motivated because my boobs were sagging from nursing. Plus I’m tired of having to wear padded push up bras.
I love my new boobs so far & it’s only day 3.
