41 Years Old, 5'10", 90lb Weight Loss, Lift with Small Augment

I just had my pre-op yesterday and have been gathering wish pics for my doctor. Pretty tired of looking at boobs. But, I've narrowed down what I want and feel confident he can accomplish it. I have been incredibly pleased with everyone at the doctor's office and really feel like they're listening to me. I want very natural-looking, relatively small, but perky. I've had huge breasts most of my life, largest was a 44G. After losing 90lbs I got down to a 34C and have kept off most of it for 2 years - hallelujah! I'm back up about 20lbs and in a 36DD and they feel huge again. I'm hoping for a 34C once it's all said & done. We've decided to go with a low or low plus profile with about 320cc and the Galaflex mesh to reinforce the tissue. I'll try to post after the procedure!

It’s the day after my surgery and I’m feeling surprisingly well. Dull aches for sure, but I’m fueling my body with healing whole foods & LOTS of water. Also did a Myer’s cocktail infusion pre-op so I’m loaded with healthy vitamins & nutrients to help with healing quickly. Soooo happy with the results so far!! Anxious to see what they look like after they settle & swelling goes down. Pics are from day of surgery.
