3 Month Post Op of my BodyTite procedure on my abdomen. These are before and after photos from a plank position. The camera is underneath me. This position is the most vulnerable and really shows the worst of my lax skin. You can see the BodyTite has made a tremendous improvement. Some doctors only have you wear the garment for a couple of weeks. Note that my doctor asked me to wear it for 6 weeks 24/7 and for two weeks following that only after I workout. I've done some research on sagging skin and I've just started Micro needling/rolling my abdomen and using a 1.0 Retinol cream. I'm doing this twice a week. This is my first week to incorporate this. I'm going to do this for 3 months and post before and after photos. Peace to everyone!

It's been 3 months since my surgery. Breasts look and feel very natural. I'm back to normal workout and running. Pushups and chest presses feel weird but no pain. I still have a tiny bit of numbness in my lower back from BodyTite. Dr. Setty assures me this is natural and can last up to 6 months. The numbness is slowly wearing off. I still get a bit of swelling after a hard workout but everything is healing normally. I'm posting some pics for those that are considering either procedure. The photos are unaltered and unfiltered. If you are planning to do breast augmentation my advice is to be patient. The way they look right after surgery is not the way they will look 3 months later. Don't spend a fortune on new bras and tops the first week post op. Give them time to heal and settle. If you are planning BodyTite I can say that it worked for me. But know that I watch my diet and workout. Its not a replacement for a healthy lifestyle for sure! If you have saggy skin from weight loss, pregnancy or prior procedures then I recommend BodyTite. I've been waiting a long time for this type of procedure to become available. I wish I could do one more round of it on my abdomen but I don't have the time. Maybe someday. I'd do my whole body in BodyTite if I could! LOL! I hope this helps.
