Before the last surgery
WORTH IT$8,500
I don't have many before pics, but here is one from right after the 2nd surgery. I was at electric zoo, so that's why I am dressed a little crazy. My breasts were ridiculously huge and looked like 2 overinflated balloons. lol

What size and profile did you go with? Silicone or saline?

One week after surgery
Still swollen and sore, but I love the size! Still nice and big, but not obnoxiously huge! Also they are round on top (not rectangular this time! lol) with good cleavage.

Im glad you finally have what you wanted! Your picture looks like your results were awesome! I am having my revision next week and switching to silicone as well, the water filled salines are so strange especially when they start to ripple! Hope your healing goes well!!
Raleigh3640,
I'm wanting to get a breast augmentation by dr. Ferrari and was wondering if u could share more photos..:) btw they look great from what I can see
Yeah, I will put some more pics up once the swelling goes down a little more and they even out a bit more. I do recommend Dr. Ferrari. Consults are complimentary and everyone at his practice are very nice!
Hi Raleigh3640, wow I'm glad it finally all worked out for you. Seems like a good Doctor. And a good price. We have to pay double that price in Hawaii. I have to get a revision also and a lot of pocket repair, I'm thinking it's gonna be more painful also. Was wondering though did they put a stratice or matrix or anything when they did your surgery ?
No, I asked about stratice, but the Dr. said it wasn't really necessary bc I was so young and had pretty thick skin. I know it's super expensive! I've heard good things about it, but didn't want to spend unnecessary extra $.
That is great news that you have thick skin !! Most girls don't so that is going to be extra helpful in your case I would do the same . You must be happy now !!
Your results look great!! I had Strattice for my revision and it was an additional 3 grand, but it helps with displacement, rippling and cap con, and can give you a slight internal lift, like a bra. I'm glad your doc said you didn't need it, but I just wanted to comment here for others who may need it (especially if you've had cap con, mainly) that it's worth the extra expense when you compare it to the cost of several revisions down the road (but only if your doc specializes in it -- my doc has used it for 9 years and has never done a revision on a patient who used it!!!! Wowsers, huh?!). So glad you ended up with what you want and with good results.
Hey mamamel 1974, I was looking for someone who had your proceedure with stratice put in and previous CC to see how it felt and if any infection occurred , I'm going to probably need the same. Would live to hear your updates .
You're results look great! Did you have internal sutures?
Yep! I needed a lot of pocket work. My old implants were so big they bulged out at the sides and stretched out the old pockets.
Thanks! I was considering driving to fal for internal bra with Dr. Revis. I'm in NC since I've read your review I'm considering a consult with your doctor. He's much closer!
Glad you got better results this time around
